BREAKTHROUGH MOMENT VIDEO! 🚨 During my 25 years of existence, I have never been able to perform a regular push-up. I was always too heavy and not strong enough. UNTIL NOW! I accomplished nearly 30 push-ups just like this during my training session this morning. From being 517+ pounds, barely being able to walk from the bedroom to bathroom, to dropping over 230 pounds and doing some intense workouts in the gym, 4 days per week! This is such an emotional moment for me, but it’s also motivation! I still have a lot of work to do, but I’m so proud of how far I have come over the past 3 1/2 years during this journey of mine. I’ve been to rock bottom and I have came BACK from rock bottom. It is never too late to change your life!!! You can do anything you set your mind to!!! 💪 Proud, but never satisfied. #TheGainzInBetween #BeastModeActivated💯 by @austinsjourney2018

Had lunch with my sweet Mom on Saturday to celebrate losing over 200 pounds!! 🙌 by @austinsjourney2018
An emotional post coming your way... On July 1st, 2018... I weighed in at 505 pounds. That was my weight when I started my weight loss journey. I weighed today and I weighed in at 311 pounds. My lowest weight since the 8th grade. I am 6 pounds away from losing 200 pounds since July of 2018. I am 12 pounds from being in the 200’s for the first time in a DECADE! I have worked so hard to get to where I am. I have had good days and bad days. I felt like giving up a hundred times, but I DIDN’T, because of THIS moment! I knew I had to do something to save my life!! I have been to rock bottom. I have came BACK from rock bottom. You can do anything you set your mind to!!! 💪 by @austinsjourney2018
It’s time for a reality check post... That guy on the left, man...He struggled. He struggled A LOT. That photo was from 2016...I was 20-years-old...I weighed 515+ pounds. I was having trouble breathing when I would try to go to sleep, so I had a sleep study done.. it was SO uncomfortable to lay in that bed with all the wires and cords plugged up to me. I was SO miserable, unhappy, uncomfortable.. I was tired of feeling that way. I was tired of all the struggles that I was going through. I was tired of my back pain. My blood pressure was high. I was severely obese. I was tired of not being able to fit into a booth. Do you KNOW how embarrassing it is to correct the waiter or waitress when they ask if you want a booth?? I could have CRIED. I was tired of not being able to tie my own shoes. I was tired of getting out of breath walking to the bathroom, the kitchen, etc. Heck.. getting out of BED in the mornings felt like a chore. My arms hurt. My feet hurt. My back hurt. I was SO tired after just walking in my house. I was tired of it. I was unhappy. Fast forward 4 years later, I NO LONGER have high blood pressure. I am NO LONGER obese. I NO LONGER get out of breath walking through my house. My back no longer hurts. My feet no longer hurts. I can tie my own shoes. I AM ABLE to fit into a booth at a restaurant. I can JUMP out of my bed with no issues. I can finally support myself instead of relying on my family for everything. I have lost 190+ pounds since July of 2018.. I have lost 202 pounds from my HIGHEST WEIGHT EVER RECORDED. I have changed my life FOR THE BETTER. I am happy. I am chasing my dreams. I have been to rock bottom. I have came BACK from rock bottom. I got told I would die before I was 30. I proved my doubters wrong. I am exceeding ALL my expectations! This is ONLY the beginning! You can do anything you set your mind to! by @austinsjourney2018
WAKE UP AND CRUSH GOALS!! This guy has changed his life for the BETTER in the span of just 2 years!! That photo on the left was in June of 2018, 1 month before I started my journey. I was a miserable, sad mess. I suffered a lot of loss in the span of 5 years from 2008-13. I was majorly depressed. I had anxiety attacks every day. I ate a ton. Food was my best friend. That guy on the right?? He’s dropped 190+ pounds since that photo on the left. Working out is his NEW best friend! He is PROUD of his loose skin. It’s my badge of honor. It shows how far I’ve come and how HARD I have worked for this! I am so proud to say that I am no longer obese or have high blood pressure. I have never been this happy in my life. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO! EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS! by @austinsjourney2018
I don’t know about you, but I am pretty HYPED to be just 10 pounds away from losing 200 pounds from that photo on the left. 🙌 This journey has been hard, but SO worth it. by @austinsjourney2018
EMOTIONAL POST ALERT: 🚨 That guy on the left, man... his back hurt a TON. His feet hurt when he would walk ANY type of distance. I couldn’t fit in a booth. I was afraid of breaking chairs at family gatherings that was being held outside. I was nervous about eating out. I never left my house. I was a miserable mess for 7 years of my life! I was 500+ pounds from the time I was 16-21. I was bullied. I was made fun of in the hallways, on the internet, on social media.. People would prank call me and hang up. I was never took seriously. I was the punching bag in school because I had meat on my bones that I ‘could handle it’. I never got looked at by the women. I couldn’t play sports. It was hard finding a desk to fit in at school. I got tired of all of it. I got tired of looking down uptown. I got tired of seeing people feel sorry for me and making weird faces at me like I was some kind of monster. I got tired of little kids laughing at me. I got tired of feeling sorry for myself. I got TIRED of being UNHAPPY! - People told me I didn’t have what it takes. People told me I would give up like the last time. People told me I was too nice. People told me I didn’t apply myself. I got tired of listening to the doubters and naysayers and I GOT TO WORK! - I am 23-years-old. I was told I would die before I was 30. I have looked at death right in the face. I have been to rock bottom. I have came BACK from rock bottom. I have lost 190+ pounds from that guy on the right. With every meal I ate, to every mile I walked on the treadmill.. to every step I took. I never quit. I never gave up on myself. I am happy. I am proud, but I am NOT satisfied! So close to 200 pounds lost, y’all! Let’s get it. 💪 EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS! by @austinsjourney2018
Just some motivation for your day... NEVER SETTLE FOR LESS THAN YOU DESERVE! 185 pounds down! 15 until 200. Whatever it takes! Let’s do this. 💪 WHO BELIEVES IN ME?? by @austinsjourney2018
GOALS, GOALS, GOALS!!! You guys! I have something huge planned! I have a goal to lose 40 pounds to lose the rest of 2020! I will do everything in my power to achieve this goal! What are my steps to achieving this goal?? 1. Cardio twice per day, 4 days per week. 2. Workouts 5 days per week. 3. 10+ bottles of water each and every day. 4. CLEAN EATING! Chicken, turkey, sometimes beef with broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato and maybe some brown rice every now and then. 5. NO CHEAT MEALS! I have cheated on my diet nearly every weekend since I’ve started my journey, and now THAT is officially over. 6. FIGHT THROUGH THE TOUGH DAYS! There will always be days where I won’t feel like working out or eating healthy. There will be days where I will be craving junk food or something sweet. But I will ALWAYS tell myself that, that little moment of satisfaction will NEVER compare to the joy of the end goal! I am bound and determined to GET THIS DONE! Whatever it takes. If I lose 40 pounds the rest of 2020, that would put my weight loss total to 225 pounds in 2 1/2 years!! Absolutely INSANE! If you guys don’t mind, give this post a react of ANY kind if YOU believe that I CAN achieve this goal and that YOU guys will be supporting me every step of the way! I need you all. This will be the hardest thing that I have ever had to do. But I will make it! 💪 EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS! by @austinsjourney2018
JUST A LITTLE MOTIVATION FOR YOUR DAY! That photo on the left, man.. it was August of 2018. I was 2 months into my journey. I had lost probably 25-30 pounds already. I was struggling. I was tired. My back hurt. My feet would hurt and ache. I got out of breath in seems like no time. But I kept going and kept PUSHING myself each and every day! It made me who I am today. A warrior with the heart of a CHAMPION! Being on this journey for 2 years have gave me the strongest amount of confidence that I never knew I could ever possibly have. My feet doesn’t hurt anymore. My back doesn’t hurt and ache anymore. I can tie my shoelaces. I can fit into a booth at a restaurant. I can do all those things that I was UNABLE to do for 10 years before. I am 23-years-old. I have lost 183+ pounds. I am so close to that 200 pound lost mark. I will NEVER give up on myself ever again. Here’s to the future... To God be the glory. 🙏 by @austinsjourney2018
