🍷🍂 Non Alcoholic Wines: Thanksgiving Pairings!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and here's a question:

What do you bring to Thanksgiving dinner when you don't drink alcohol?

Sure, you can bring sparkling cider, juice, or soda. But what if you want something that complements the meal, just like traditional wine?

That's where non-alcoholic wine pairings come in!

Throughout November, we're exploring Thanksgiving Pairings: What to Bring and What It Goes With.

🍷 Red wines: Fuller-bodied options can complement hearty dishes, roasted vegetables, and savory flavors.

🥂 White wines: Crisp, refreshing options can pair nicely with turkey and lighter sides.

🍾 Semi-sweet wines: Consider these for salty, savory, or slightly spicy dishes.

🍰 Dessert wines: Sweet or sparkling options can be a lovely way to finish the meal.

Pictured: Two selections from @chateaudiana California collection—a Red Blend and a Cabernet Sauvignon—showing a couple of red wine options for your holiday table.

Over the next few Mondays, I'll share more non-alcoholic wine options and Thanksgiving pairing ideas.

Because the holidays aren't just about what's on your plate. They're about the people, conversations, and moments around the table.
What do you have? Make it a moment. 💚

🍷 Question: What's your go-to non-alcoholic beverage to bring to Thanksgiving dinner?

🎤 Philly, Remember When? 🎶

Remember when the last Friday in October usually meant one thing? POWERHOUSE! 🔥

Power 99 FM's Powerhouse was one of those concerts you looked forward to every fall. The lineup, the excitement, and everybody talking about who was going to be there!

With today being the last Friday in October, it got me thinking about those Powerhouse days.
Do you remember your FIRST Powerhouse concert?

What year was it, and who performed? 👀

Let's take a trip down memory lane, Philly! 🎶

If I could revisit any decade, it would definitely be the 90's.

🍂 Happy Wind Down Wellness Wednesday!

Fall Edition: The Art of Letting Go

As October comes to a close, let's talk about something fall reminds us of every year: letting go.

The trees don't hold on to every leaf, and maybe we don't need to hold on to everything either.

Unnecessary pressure. Expectations that no longer fit. Commitments that drain us. Or simply the idea that we should have accomplished more by now.

With just two months left in the year, we don't have to carry everything into November.

Sometimes protecting your peace means recognizing what it's time to release.

So grab your favorite cozy beverage, take a moment, and reflect.

🍁 What's one thing you're ready to let go of before the year ends?

Remember, making room for something new sometimes starts with releasing something old.

What do you have? Make it a moment. 💚

Throwback Thursday! 👟🐆
Who remembers when Franklin Mills Mall opened in Philly back in 1989?

I remember shopping at the @puma store and getting this peach-colored sweatsuit that I absolutely loved! Well, I decided to iron it one day and ended up putting a hole in it! 😩😂 I was so upset!

Fast-forward more than 35 years, and I'm still rocking PUMA, from the sweatsuit to the shirt and sneakers!
Some things never change! ❤️

Do yall remember when Mrs. LORI from #Southphilly made our #Prom dresses in the 80's and 90's. She had us covered, but still cute. I was happy to have a little shoulder out. #ThrowbackThursday by @authenticallyatiya
