🇬🇧 There’s hardly anything I love more than spoiling the people I care about. So of course I had to shower my best friend’s first baby with lots of little gifts. 🍼
Emma’s reaction was absolutely priceless. 🥹

Emmas Reaktion war einfach unbezahlbar. 🥹

Sometimes you don’t realize how fast time flies.

It feels like yesterday we were little girls, playing together, sharing secrets, and dreaming about our future. And now my childhood best friend Emma is holding her own little miracle in her arms. 🥹

Welcome to the world, sweet Paula. ❤️
Your greatest adventure has just begun, and I already know you have the most wonderful mom by your side.

——

Namaste my lovely followers! It’s yoga time. 🤍

After a stressful week, there’s nothing I enjoy more than rolling out my yoga mat and practicing along with my favorite yoga teacher, @madymorrison , on YouTube. (She is also on Instagram!)

Today, these poses were part of my practice:

🧘🏼 Seated Side Bend
A wonderful stretch for the sides of the body, the back, and the hips. After sitting for a long time, this movement feels incredibly refreshing and freeing.

🧘🏼 Bridge Pose
Strengthens the glutes, legs, and back while gently opening the chest. My back always feels so much more relaxed afterward.

🧘🏼 Savasana 🤍
My absolute favorite part of every yoga session. Simply lying still, closing my eyes, breathing deeply, and letting everything go. It sounds simple—but it’s often the hardest part. And that’s exactly why it feels so good. Every time, I finish feeling calmer, clearer, and somehow a little lighter.

Do you practice yoga too? Or is there another passion that helps you completely switch off and recharge? 💕

Namasté meine Lieben! Heute ist Yoga-Time. 🤍

🧘🏼 Shavasana 🤍
Mein absoluter Lieblingsmoment jeder Yogastunde.
