New Workshop 🚨

Stretch Your Artistry w/ @zrevotfel
Monday 11/9 6pm

This workshop will be a lovely mixture of various tools for circus, dance, or performance art practices. ( Great for aerialists! )
We will explore and develop your personal flexibility limits, while integrating Pilates techniques for injury prevention and inner strength.
There will be an emphasis on deep body awareness and control at all times, even in surprising movements.
We also will touch upon handstand techniques and basic acro-dance, in order to make the most of this newfound freedom within your articulations.
