Yes Chef, there will be food
Introducing Chef Axel of @torsk_mn who will be keeping you sated all nite!

Fav Meal at the moment: Hot Pot; especially during the winter. I enjoy the orchestration of it all. It’s fun to talk w/ friends, but also to have something to do while you’re talking.

Core cult tenet: Community. To come together, to be together, to be as one 🙇‍♂️

Cult Susceptibility: I thought I just joined one.. wait is this a cult?

The first quarter at bar brava has come to an end.
It’s been a lot of work every week. But definitely the most fulfilling project I have been a part of. It really feels like we are just starting to get into a solid rhythm.
Many ups and downs.
Ultimately so happy where I am right now. Syd doesn’t have an instagram but I just wanted to give a shout out to everything she does. I wouldn’t be able to do any of this if it wasn’t for her. She always has challenged me to be the best version of myself. I wouldn’t be able to be as creative as I am if it wasn’t for helping me with all the grunt work.
Thanks to Dan and the team at brava for believing in us and giving us a platform to show what we can do. I am forever in debt.
Let’s keep fucking killing em. One down Three more to go.
We are just getting started ya filthy animals !!!!!
Love yall. God bless. by @isthisacult_

Definitely super late on the whole end of the year reflection thing. But it wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t late as fuck. I’ve found myself surrounded by people that love food and people that continue to push me forward. I know I’m not the easiest person to work with at times. But we continue to endure and continue to move forward with whatever life is. Thanks to the Meier brothers for the endless sea of knowledge. Thank you for your continued support.

I’m hopeful for the new year and I hope to continue to surround myself with people full of love and passion. Huge thanks to new friends and old. Here is to another year full of great food and manic episodes. taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @isthisacult_
