$I started running in 2024, not really knowing where it would take me. What began as something fun quickly became a huge part of my life — from my first half marathon, to finding a community that feels like family. But I also learned the hard way that more isn’t always better. I pushed too far, ignored the signs, and ended up with a hip fracture from overtraining and under-fuelling. Now I’m learning to rebuild properly. To train smarter, fuel better, and actually take care of my body. This account is my way of staying accountable — as I work towards coming back stronger for Hyrox and the Sydney Marathon.
