Week 5/8 - Missed a week because work and the ladies’ comp kept me busy, but we’re back and getting closer to World Pro!

Things are looking good so far, mashallah (trying not to jinx myself here haha). Now it’s just about getting my fitness back up, especially since I’ve been sick lately, and getting back on track with strength and conditioning because I’ve definitely been slacking on that side. 😂

3 weeks to go. The rebuilding arc continues 🤌🏼🔥 by @ayadayan

What a day for the ladies! 🥋❤️

A huge thank you to all the competitors for trusting us and being part of our first ladies’ in-house competition. It’s amazing to see the women’s community in jiu-jitsu continue to grow, and this is only the beginning. We’re committed to creating more opportunities for women to compete, challenge themselves, and grow together on and off the mats.

A special thank you to our sponsors, Thai Coco and My Fight House, for supporting the event and helping us make it happen! 🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, and made the day what it was.

Until the next one! ❤️‍🔥🥋

Crazy how it’s been over a month and a week since my shoulder decided to go out of place HAHAHA 😭 But we’re finally back on the mats, and I can’t explain how happy I am to be drilling jiu-jitsu again! 🥹🥋

World Pro is just around the corner, and we’re still not cleared to fight, so the chances are looking pretty slim 🥲 BUT it’s not a no just yet, so we keep pushing and praying! INSHALLAHHHHH 🧿🤞🏼

Two weeks into rehab, and we’re checking how much range of motion we’ve got back. The countdown is still on, and the goal hasn’t changed. Let’s see how far we can get! 🤞🏼
