After 4 months of intense work - we are thrilled to announce that the VVOO Academy is online!

The VVOO Academy is a self-paced online Yoga development program for students and teachers who want to go deeper.
It is designed to help you refine your own practice and, if you teach, give you the tools to teach with greater depth, intelligence and substance.
Throughout the program, we explore:
• Asana deconstruction
• Props & intelligent setups
• Adjustments
• Breath
• Theory
• Language, References & Metaphors
• Teaching tools, Sequencing and application
The idea is not to give you another certificate, but to help you see more, understand more and become more skillful in the way you practice and teach.
VVOO Academy — CHF 400
For teachers who are interested in potentially teaching at VVOO, there is an additional VVOO Lab for CHF 150.
The Lab brings the total investment to CHF 550 and gives you the opportunity to practice-teach with us and enter the selection process for future VVOO faculty.
Teachers: Aylin Karadayi, Sinah Halter, Megan Herdeg
Come for the knowledge. Stay for the insights.
All online hours and onsite hours are bankable towards the Katonah Yoga Certification.

Next Inner Vision coming up 8.11.26
16.30-17.30 you know 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 by @aylin_karadayi

It‘s so fascinating to see how quickly people give up or reach a limit and inevitably hit a wall.
The Yoga studies never end. No mud no lotus.
To be a teacher means to constantly refine, polish and become better at your job as a teacher.
A 200h TT is only the beginning not the goal.
This is where the Academy will seemlessly help you to add layers to your teaching irrespective your teaching style/framework. It‘s universal knowledge.
Find the program online, self-paced and join us for the live Lab November and December 🌀link in bio 🐚

True Dharma is Wu Wei in action.

To act without ego, without attachment to the outcome, and without forcing.

Not the absence of action, but action that is no longer driven by the need to control or achieve. by @aylin_karadayi

INNER VISION 12 coming up 🐚🐚
This time with special support by @peaceinthewild_aromacare
We will move 10 minutes to prepare the body, then sit with eyes closed to breathe, use our imagination to eventually tap into the inner world all accompanied by selected music.
Sunday 18.10.26 16.30-17.30 Inner Vision + extra time for a special introductiom into the world of essential oils, plant power and the beautiful products by Peace in the Wild by @aylin_karadayi

I have always been a firm believer that Yoga, as a complete practice of embodiment, breath and cultivation of the mind through reading, philosophy and self-reflection, must be enough.
Truthfully, I still do.
Against all odds, I don’t lift heavy weights or do heavy workouts. I am mainly invested in a practice of self-cultivation that reduces dukkha (suffering), so I can live a life with more ease.
That being said, my body has never given me an easy time. Some injouries and dis-eases such as the sheer fact that I am getting older have forced me to add some nuance to my practice. I try to mitigate pain by building strength where I need it and engaging muscles that feel weak.
Therefore, I have created an integrative format that stitches together what I need from a practice.
Yoga asana, breath, some resistance and strength work using resistance bands, light weights, a Pilates ball and sliders, topped off with the essential Savasana. All underpinned by music, as always.
VVOO Move is my new offering for you: Fridays, 12:00–12:50. Efficient, crisp, yet meaningful and, above all, joyful.
Join me, no need to resist- everyone welcome, this you must know.
