POSTS STORIES REELS

This is our first video of this sorts if you guys want some more reversals drop a comment below!

1. Cartwheel into a front face lock - For this one it’s important to bring your opponent down first to a knee. As they’re kneeling you throw your arm over their head for the cartwheel.

2. Leg sweep takedown - this works by placing your right leg behind your opponents left. With your right arm you pull their right leg.

3. Látigo into a front face lock - this is a Lucha takedown and it works by grabbing your opponents right arm as you take them to the rope. You go down to your right knee then turn to your left for the face lock.

4. Into the schoolboy - this one is simple all you got a do is take your opponent to the rope and create momentum to let go of the headlock. You push them forward straight into the school boy.

5. Fireman throw- with this one you place your left arm on their neck area. You then place your right arm under their right leg and it’s a pick up and throw movement. by @aztlanpro

Gino Medina’s longevity is no accident.

Fifteen years in, still working, still evolving, still finding another level.

He’s a grinder. Dedicated. Consistent. That’s part of why I respect him as much as I do - I recognize that part of him. The willingness to keep working, keep preparing, and keep showing up.

The longer you do this, the more you understand that what happens in the ring is only part of the work. Gino gets that.

RockTape RockPods Vibe + RockPods gave us the input. Then we moved. Control it, load it, challenge it, make sure it transfers.

No magic. No shortcuts. Preparation with a purpose.

Gino (@gino.medinaa) did the work. Vanguard built the preparation around it.

Appreciate @rocktape for continuing to put tools in our hands that fit how we approach performance readiness.

Preparation is Culture.
Prepare • Perform • Recover.
Stay Ready.

Also, @tobenwigwe makes ridiculously good music. Houston stays undefeated. 🤘🏽🔥 by @aztlanpro

The preparation should match the level of the performer.

Focused movement work with Bryan Keith (@bountykeith) before practice at Aztlan Wrestling.

That’s the purpose of Vanguard: connect what the sport demands with what the individual athlete needs to be ready.

Bryan, appreciate the trust and the opportunity to be in your corner.

Special thanks to Aztlan Wrestling Academy (@aztlanpro) for having us.

Preparation is culture.

Preparation should carry into performance.

From the tape on the apron to the work in the ring, @rocktape continues to be part of how we help athletes prepare to move and perform.

Appreciate Gino, Tiffany, and @aztlanpro for the opportunity to collaborate.
