Cozy, romantic and one of our favourite dinner spots in Invermere. Birchwood has the perfect intimate atmosphere for a date night, with a seasonal menu and elevated comfort food.

Our recommendations: the Baked Cheese Fondue with gruyere, artisan bread, apple and preserves, and the Piri-Piri Chicken & Fries.

A hidden gem in the heart of Radium Hot Springs.

If you’re looking for a spot with great food, incredible cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere, Goat St. Restaurant is a must-visit. Their outdoor swing seating adds such a fun and unique touch, with plenty of regular patio seating as well. Inside, you’ll find a clean, modern space that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

Everything we tried was delicious, but we especially recommend the Sweet & Spicy Chicken, the Pad Thai, and one (or two) of their amazing handcrafted cocktails.

Whether you’re visiting the Columbia Valley or just passing through, be sure to add this one to your list.
