STOP. LISTEN. RE-EVALUATE. ❤️ Stop looking at yourself through other people’s eyes. Stop comparing your journey to somebody else’s. Take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come, what you’ve overcome and what you’re actually achieving. You’re doing better than you give yourself credit for. Don’t let something you love become something that destroys you mentally. ❤️ STAY BLESSED 🔋💯🙏🏽 #hyrox #hyroxworld #daily #mindset #value by @b.fiiit

SUCH A STRANGE FEELING THIS : Weird to think this time next week I’d be setting off to Birmingham. My race times have come through and I’m just like 🤷‍♂️ Mad really, when you’ve given something absolutely everything, for it to suddenly be stripped away through injury and setbacks. But I’m a big believer in positives from negatives. Would I have burnt myself out anyway? Constant race prep, flogging myself week after week. You know me, 120% OR FUCK OFF! 😂🚀 9 races booked in a year, and I didn’t even start until April! There’s the ADHD, 47 tabs open, MORE, MORE, MORE! 🙈 And although I’m gutted, strangely, it’s also been a blessing in disguise. BACK TO BASICS. Throwing tin, circuits, cardio and fuckin loving training again. More time for family, more time for myself and less pressure. At the end of the day, I’m a working dad who loves a send, not some fucking athlete off TEMU! 😂 DO I REGRET ANY OF IT? DO I FUCK! I’ve achieved things I never thought possible. Its life its Just lessons, growth and a different out look on the JOB. Will I ever return to the dance floor? 🪩🕺 NEVER SAY NEVER! ❤️ But until I’ve got the answers, operations and rehabilitation I need… Until then… WE KEEP MOVING WE KEEP SENDING ! 😂🚀 (Well the best i can 🙈) OPERATION: LARGE & IN CHARGE. 💪 On a serious note though Massive thank you to @_houseofchalk for having me back and creating a plan that works around everything I’ve got going on. I’m fucking loving every session, the changes in just THREE WEEKS are incredible, and there’s no pressure. If I’ve got more in the tank, I’ll send it. Because I WANT to, not because I HAVE to. AND IT’S WORKING! 💥📈 WE’RE ONLY JUST KICKING OFF! ❤️ And to EVERYONE racing Birmingham next week… SEND IT TO THE FUCKIN MOON! 🚀🌙🔥 #fitness #rehabilitation #journey #mindset #hyrox by @b.fiiit
