30 days ago, Tasha couldn’t run. Truthfully, she barely wanted to move. At 55, she had gotten used to holding herself back and staying inside the shell she built around herself. But a month of showing up, working, and pushing past what she thought she could do has started changing that. Now she moving different. More confidence. More energy. Coming out that shell little by little, and proving to herself that she still got more in the tank. That’s the part people don’t see — sometimes the biggest transformation ain’t just in the body. It’s watching somebody start believing in themselves again. B2F ain’t about where you start. It’s about what happens when you decide to keep showing up. Tasha still got work to do… but she damn sure ain’t the same woman that walked in 30 days ago. GGYSM — Go Get You Some Money. But tighten up the person behind the hustle. The money need discipline and the vision need somebody who stand on business when it get ugly. Built to Finish means you owe yourself more than another good start. Go get you before you go get yours. Use code BENZO2FIT @legion #explorepage #fayetteville #explorepage #reels by @b2ffitness_
