♤♡◇♧ Finding the gold in the grey. Modern life is a relentless tug-of-war between existential dread and the search for a parking spot. Into that noise steps B4GMAN with an emotional cheat code of an album: MELONCOLY MIRACLES. Just like the striking artwork, this record is a masterclass in duality—where sorrow transforms into a quiet, resilient smile, and an origami bird takes flight trailing starlight and gold dust. ◇ Bridging funk, rock, and earthy grooves with a fiercely independent spirit, B4GMAN doesn’t do fake sunshine. Instead, they sit right beside you in the dark with a bassline that makes you move and lyrics that make you feel truly seen. It’s witty, soulful, and bruised in all the best ways. Proof that magic doesn’t happen when everything goes right—it happens when you find the gold in the middle of the mess. ♡ 🎧 Listen now on: Major streaming platforms YouTube b4gman.com #B4GMAN #MeloncolyMiracles #NewMusic #IndieMusic #FunkRock by @b4gman_
How much of the world fits into a single second? ⏳🌍 In Delightful Dilemmas, the powerful new album from B4GMAN, time doesn't just pass—it pours. Look closely at the album art: an antique hourglass where entire worlds slip through the narrow neck, reminding us that every fleeting moment is heavy with meaning, yet light enough to dance to. This isn’t just an album of funk, rock, and soul. It’s a spiritual checkpoint. A compassionate reminder that our greatest uncertainties—our “delightful dilemmas”—are what make us beautifully, undeniably human. We weren't built to have all the answers. We were built to feel the groove, share the weight, and enjoy the trip while the sand drops. ✨ Dive into the universe and listen now on all major streaming platforms, YouTube and b4gman.com. #B4GMAN #DelightfulDilemmas #GrooveMusic #IndieMusic #SoulfulSound by @b4gman_
The Night Everything Broke (And Why We’d Do It Again) If live music was purely about seamless logistics, perfect acoustics, and flawless execution, our set at Hôtel de la Musique would have been a absolute catastrophe. To say the odds were stacked against us is an understatement. The universe didn’t just throw a curveball; it threw the whole equipment rack into a sinkhole. Key gear vanished into thin air before soundcheck. Someone had cleared out the colored gels for the stage lights, leaving us bathed in the unglamorous glow of pure overhead reality. Just before the set, the bass amp decided to start smoking like a worn-out chimney. And just to keep things personal, my own throat decided to host an agonizing infection in the morning before the gig. Oh, and the venue? Gracious hosts, truly—though they completely forgot to run any publicity for the show. Plus, we still had to pay for our own drinks and bought the guys pizza Total turnout: 12 people. By every standard metric of the music industry, it was a disaster. But here’s the secret about live performance: it isn’t a math problem. Whether you’re playing to 10,000 screaming fans in an arena or 12 generous souls on a cramped, dimly lit stage with dozens of micro-mistakes echoing off the back wall, the core of it doesn't change. You either step into the moment or you let it break you. We chose to revel in it. As I pushed through the throat infection to sing Whole Hearted Soul, the noise stripped away. No slick stage production. No big horn section. No synchronized lights or high-res video walls—though make no mistake, I want all of that. I want the full, uncompromising, professional spectacle. I want to build something massive, because belief is evolving, dreams demand creation, and the vision only gets bigger from here. But right there, in the raw simplicity of a tiny room with smoking amps and a dozen listeners, there were zero regrets. Just pure, unadulterated gratitude for the privilege of doing what we love. We’re coming for the big stages next. But we’ll never forget the magic of the small ones. #LiveMusic #HotelDeLaMusique #IndieArtist #BehindTheScenes #MusicianLife by @b4gman_
There is something deeply profound about realizing you no longer need a stadium to validate your voice. You set out looking for fame to prove you were a somebody, only to discover through the grit, the broken bands, and the stale-beer scent of late-night dives that you were already somebody all along. The industry sells the illusion that scale equals significance. But playing to tens of thousands doesn't mean much if you're performing a role instead of expressing a soul. I’ve shed the heavy, exhausting armor of ego, alcohol, and drama, trading the obsession with being seen for the far purer joy of being true. I've stopped chasing the spotlight and became the source of light instead. When i step onto that stage tonight—Vendredi 30 Octobre 2026 at the Hôtel de la Musique in St. Marcel—I'm not climbing up to ask for anyone's approval. I am stepping up to give a gift. While the noise of the outside world feels increasingly hollow, dominated by detached elites playing their own cynical games, I’ve quietly mastered the only realm that actually matters: your own mind and spirit. I know who i am. I know why i write, structure, and create. It’s for the art of pure expression, for connection, and for love. Let those lingering insecurities flicker and fade—they’re just ghost shadows from an old version of me that thought a crowd's size determined your worth. Tonight, whether there are ten people in that room or ten thousand, im playing with the raw, untamed conviction of someone who has nothing left to prove and everything to share. Pouring my heart into every chord, let go, and let God handle the rest. Im Going to tear the roof off that small stage tonight with B4GMAN. The world needs the music of a man who finally starts to know himself and continues to evolve. #fashion #familia #holiday #artwork #sunset by @b4gman_
The Rehearsal of Nomad’s Land We spend a lifetime collecting things. We buy the big house, park the shiny car, strap on the expensive watch, and collect keys, clutter, and titles—as if a deed or a invoice could ever summarize a human soul. None of that stuff is a representation of me. At some point, the illusion cracks. You realize you’ve been leasing your existence from a screen and paying for it with your time. So, what if you sell it all off? What if you denounce the shiny materialism and step off the carousel? Strip away the possessions, and the real questions finally have room to breathe: What have we actually learned? Who am I beneath the status symbols? What is my purpose when there’s no audience left to impress? No more Matrix. No more trading presence for property. The journey isn't about running away; it's about stripping back down to the bare essentials so you can actually show up. To travel this world with nothing in your hands, yet ready to give everything from your heart. To meet people not as consumers or competitors, but as minds and stories worth knowing. Come witness the soundtrack to stepping out of the loop. The GROOVALICIOUS TOUR 2026 STARTS NOW!!! IT'S THE GROOVE OR NOTHING !!! A Brand New Life (and a New Bassline) There’s a strange kind of magic in an empty rehearsal space when the lineup shifts, even for an afternoon. Today, we were practicing without Phil, our keyboard wizard—leaving us to fill the room with raw rhythm as we worked in our fantastic new bass player, Bruno. Bruno brings a fresh, grounding energy that already feels like home. In this video, we’re running through “Brand New Life.” Playing this song today got me thinking. It’s hard not to look around at the world—and at the people around us—and notice how much lives change, evolve, and sometimes fracture. We watch people drift, struggle, or break in ways that leave you wishing you could hold time still. When I look back a decade, the man standing in my shoes was someone I hardly recognize. Ten years ago, I was an alcoholic, narcissistic asshole. I didn’t love myself, I didn’t believe in God, the universe, or anything beyond my own defensive cynicism. I sabotaged my relationships, destroyed opportunities, and was genuinely sick in body, mind, and spirit. I was constantly running, yet entirely trapped. It’s sobering (literally) to reflect on how far the pendulum can swing when you finally stop fighting yourself. Today, I woke up with a quiet heart. I’m endlessly grateful for the breath in my lungs, the music in my hands, the grace that caught me when I fell, and every single experience—good, hard, or beautiful—that brought me to this moment. I get to live a brand new life, surrounded by people I respect, playing music that actually means something. We’d love to share some of that energy with you in person. 🎸 Live at Hôtel de la Musique ♡ When: Vendredi 30 Octobre 2026 at 20h30 ♡ Where: Hôtel de la Musique ♡ Check out more: B4gman.com Turn the sound up on the video, let us know what you think of Bruno’s groove, and if you’re around on the 30th, come raise a glass (or a bottle of sparkling water) with us.
