It’s artistry, teamwork, precision and production. WELCOME TO BACKSTAGE ALLIANCE. You create the production. We create what happens behind it. Worldwide collaborations, productions & partnerships. by @backstagealliance
ONE SHOW DOWN. AND THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING. 🗽✨ September started in NEW YORK — behind the scenes, where the runway truly begins. During Downtown Fashion Week New York, @downtownfashionweeknewyork Backstage Alliance, @jennygadell @marlynstudios @marlynstudios_cosmetics , @renata_rios_ @beautybyrenatarios and @alicia_calixto_ had the honor of bringing our creative vision together with an incredible team of beauty professionals to create the hair & makeup looks that completed each designer’s vision on the runway. Different artists. Different talents. One team. One vision. Our first September show is officially DONE — and we couldn’t be prouder of what happened backstage. But we’re just getting started. New shows. New cities. Bigger productions. We can’t wait to announce what’s coming next. BACKSTAGE ALLIANCE Behind the beauty. Beyond the runway.

GREAT LEADERS DON’T JUST DIRECT — THEY ELEVATE THE ENTIRE TEAM. ✨ A very special thank you to our incredible directors, Renata Rios @renata_rios_ @beautybyrenatarios — Makeup Director and Alicia Calixto @alicia_calixto_ — Hair Director. Logistics team @zolomakeup Francibel Figueroa Your leadership, professionalism, experience, and dedication were essential to making our backstage vision a reality. Managing a team under the pressure and precision of Fashion Week requires much more than talent—it requires communication, organization, patience, and the ability to lead by example. I’m incredibly grateful to have you beside me on this journey. We may lead the team, but our artists are the stars—and our responsibility is to create the environment where they can shine. Thank you for believing in the vision of Backstage Alliance and helping us build something bigger than one show. September 6 was only the beginning. September 11— we do it again. 🗽 September 12— we do it again. 🗽 September 13— we do it again. 🗽 September 14— we do it again. 🗽 September 15 — we do it again. 🗽 Together we lead. Together we create. Together we grow. Photo by @jimmyvargasphotography by @backstagealliance

NYFW is officially here. ✨🖤 Early call times, coffee before sunrise, fully packed kits, endless brushes, backstage chaos, and the energy of New York coming alive — this is the part of Fashion Week I truly love. There’s something about starting before the city wakes up, creating beauty under pressure, and watching everything come together backstage before the lights hit the runway. The long hours, the fast pace, the creativity, the people, the adrenaline… it’s all part of the experience. Another NYFW, another season doing what I love. 💄✨ Backstage Director: @jennygadell Team: @backstagealliance Hair Director: @alicia_calixto_ Makeup Director: @renata_rios_ @beautybyrenatarios Sponsor: @marlynstudios @marlynstudios_cosmetics Videographer @_finisfilm @migueltypleasure Skincare Specialists: @laysysaraviaa @laysybloomingbeauty by @backstagealliance
