And it’s only the beginning…

12 years ago, my life took a turn of events. Chronic migraines changed everything - my confidence, my freedom, my relationship with my body. For a long time, I thought it took everything from me. But looking back now, I see the strength it forced me to build as something I carry with pride.

I’m not afraid to say it…I gained weight, I became unfit, and I lost trust in my body. Being bedbound for hours most days does that to a person. I stopped recognising myself. I stopped believing I was capable of anything physical ever again.

Until one day, I decided it was time to take control back.
Not to be perfect.
Not to be unbreakable.
But to prove myself wrong about what my body was capable of.
And discover strength where I was once told there were only limits.

And that’s where Greg came in. (@gs_coaching_ )
Thank you for helping me rebuild not just my body, but my belief in myself. For your patience, your consistency, and for seeing my strength long before I ever did. I’ll always be grateful for the role you’re playing with this.

These photos aren’t just about how I look.
They’re about what I’ve rebuilt, and who I’m becoming. Thank you @wham.studios for capturing this 🫶
