PIKWE ESTATES needed a professional brand makeover and a modern website to shake off their informal broker image. They wanted to clearly communicate trust, transparency, and affordability to their customers and partners. Through discovery research and competitive analysis, we developed two logo concepts. The chosen direction, Concept One: The Shielded Plot, features a central square symbolizing clearly defined land, with cornered outer-frame elements creating structured boundaries that convey security. The sophisticated palette of deep forest, mint, off-white, and graphite reinforces trust and natural growth. The final deliverables included vector logo files, marketing materials, motion graphics, and a Neue Montreal typography system for consistent application across all touchpoints. This complete visual identity system and bilingual website architecture were designed to establish PIKWE ESTATES as a trusted and modern brand in the industry. WORLD BUILDING & CONSULTING We redesigned the brandmark merging concentric rings representing the world, and three shapes pointing upward that stand for strong buildings and WBC's three main focuses: technical education, quality control, and hands-on training. Deep navy, bright blue, and teal paired with white were the colors choosen, using Aventa Variable Regular, Medium and Semibold typefaces. This design appears on all materials from business cards, merchandise, signage, and presentation templates, creating a consistent, professional image. WORLD BUILDING & CONSULTING. The previous logo had two main problems. First, the gradient looked nice on screen but didn't work well in real world applications. Second, the wordmark looked too plain and didn't match the strength of the symbol. We didn't want to completely redesign everything since the logo's meaning was solid.
