A tented celebration that left me absolutely floating with giddiness! 🎪

Annie and Justin were surrounded by friends and family for their end of summer wedding, and I’ve truly never met a group SO excited to celebrate!

Wish we could do it over and over and over again.

Back in Tahoe this week!!!!!!!

So naturally, I’m reminiscing on my favorite wedding of all time (I can say that bc the bride is a best friend) !

Practically a week long celebration, mostly spent at Audrey’s family’s house — with a bonus trip to see the @knightmonsters at their home opener!

I met Audrey six years ago when we were both working for @grantdaniels, so getting to photograph this weekend for her alongside Grant had me floating with excitement and joy and gratitude! Many happy tears were shed.

This was also the first time I had heavily photographed a day on my Hasselblad and let me teeeeell you, wedding weekends are better when they are slow enough to document on a camera like that.

Audrey and Hudson, I love you!!!

I’m a sucker for portraits of the bride

Especially in Montauk on a windy day

I’m convinced the best way to experience a wedding is to be the oldest sister of the bride, MOH, and best friends with the photographers 🌼

Bridal details I love!!!

Because it doesn’t have to be a dress-hanging-perfectly photo, but also, it can be! by @baileestarrphoto

Be all-consumed with those around you. Make it a point to say hi and give hugs. Don’t fret the rain. Let the kids join. Slow down. Celebrate the sun beaming in through the flowers. Enjoy dinner. Embrace each other tightly, often. Take it alllll in. Experience the actual JOY it all is, together. From a delayed ceremony all the way through the sparklers falling around you.

On the last Saturday in October, Dawson and Jordan did just that 🤎 by @baileestarrphoto
