Bailey Bonner is a young woman who proudly represents the future of women in agriculture through her leadership, work ethic, and dedication to the livestock industry. As Vice President of the National Fitters Society along side Colby Gomes, she is committed to encouraging the next generation of female agricultural leaders while continuing to excel in the goat industry. Beginning her show career as a freshman with no prior family background in livestock exhibiting, Bailey earned a State Fair Championship and multiple show circuit victories through determination and consistency.

She credits her parents, Melissa and Reno Bonner, for their unwavering support throughout her journey. Reno Bonner’s resilience and perseverance in overcoming a life-changing injury have been a lasting source of inspiration, shaping Bailey’s mindset both inside and outside the show ring. She also recognizes Christopher Contessa for his continued mentorship, guidance, and willingness to invest in her growth, providing opportunities and encouragement that have helped her develop as both a competitor and a leader.

“The rising sun is the token of a new era in agriculture. If we will follow the leadership of our president, we shall be led out of the darkness of selfishness and into the glorious sunlight of brotherhood and cooperation. Madam President, all officers are at their stations.”
