bts on film of a huge project that meant so much to me. 🖤

i genuinely couldn’t have picked a better combination of people to bring this vision to life with.

@neon.katie, you are so brilliant at making me feel completely in character and creating looks that are so unique to each personality. watching you transform me into five entirely different characters was such a fun part of this entire process. your creativity is unmatched.

@baileyzetajones, thank you for taking all of my chaotic ideas and helping turn them into actual characters. every little detail in the styling made such a difference, and i loved watching everything come together.

and @lmlfilms, for capturing this entire vision through photo and video so beautifully. you understood exactly what i was trying to create and brought so much creativity and intention to every frame. i couldn’t have imagined trusting anyone else with something this special to me!!!

this project was so much more than just dressing up and making a video. it was weeks of planning, 9 hours of shooting, countless hours of creating edits, and finally getting to see these characters come to life for the opening of @thewednesdayhouse. ♠️ by @baileyzetajones

part one of a personal project celebrating and honoring the lil 8-year-old in us that we get to bring out anytime 🤸

summertime when i was a kid was my absolute favorite (i am a solstice baby after all!) so we shot a transitional fall story that encourages us to hang out with our inner child any season of the year.

we ran around an open field as the sun came up, rolled around in the grass, hula hooped, jump roped, leap frogged, and giggled so much

go hang out with your kid self! i pinky swear they are a whole lot of fun!

a million and one thanks to the team:
