Chocolate Mousse with crumble base..

Rich chocolate egg less mousse with buttery crumble base. Some love it plain and some with a crunch to it..choose your side or both :)

"I'd like to you make an apple brownie,".

Didn't know something existed, fruit brownie?? . Of course I'd have known bakers don't leave any fruit behind, Did my research and never can do without tweaking it, here it is Apple Blondie..

Been wanting to try something new and came just in time.

I could imagine the aesthetic dried apple crust as finish, moist and delectable, cinnamon and butter smell filled the air and of course walnuts! duh!

Perfect with tea :), yes காபி and with a black too!!!

APPLE BLONDIE.

Constant much!?

Newyork.Cheese Cake with blueberry compote.

Not a fan of the popular blueberry cheesecake vs biscoff, I'd say biscoff, but hey! when have we rolled with the crowd.

The one break day went like this....

Made with loads of love though ❤️

Vanilla.Pound.Cake

Love isn't always red...

Love by the pound...

The warm vanilla pound cake. Love a classic, always!

Whole.Orange.Cake

For the love of this refreshing fruit and the after taste of this dense, yet light Orange cake. ..Made with whole oranges, pulp, and rind and the vanilla just makes the perfect combo. Mix of mild sweet and tangy freshness of the fruit.

Never the one to bake for the aesthetics of it and love baking these simple yet flavour full one's. A cake of any kind, to me, isn't about just being sweet, but a lil more than that.

Best served - anytime of day with tea, coffee and blacks too..

Eggless Date & Nuts Cake.

When it starts to get crazy around me very few I lean on to find myself all over .. and baking for loved ones always reminds me where I come from....

The dates and the cashews and walnuts makes it perfect combination. Carrots are a good add on..

Long over due order for a good friend and off late baking in last min has been a constant thing.

What and who is your constant?

Banana.Walnut

Mostly conventional baker, keeping some classics as they are, but always tweak the recipes to my liking. Growing up eating just sugar filled and butter cream cakes, never knew these two ingredients would be a thing and comfort food, tea time friend and tag along a for road trip.........

The aroma that fills the house with some cakes like these... the aftertaste (not always a bad thing) is what lingers in mind....

Carrot.Walnut Cake

I tasted my first carrot cake around '05 in CCD in Coimbatore. Just like the banana walnut hit me, this one took a major place in my heart..Was new to fact of carrots in cake and the dash of cinnamon uff... I could eat all day and this was the first cake I baked for lil one..and love for baking hence...

The cafe outsourced from a local cake shop and back then commercial cakes tasted almost close to home made.. Especially these combos.

I'd try not to spoil with any frosting and a slice with a cup of tea/coffee...and the weather is killing it.

Grab a slice or a whole...

The walnut, carrot and cinnamon.. 💗

Blondie

Caramel Brownie it is!

Loaded with brown sugar, these are chewy centers with amazing butterscotch flavour. The white chocolate and walnut gives mixing flavours. The mild salty flavour is the deal breaker.

Definitely the one for caramel lovers and great with a cup of coffee.

Loved baking this cake. The sour glaze makes the perfect cut.

Pineapple.Pecan.Streusel.Cake

The pecans have found a way to be permanent and cinnamon too.

Decandent Chocolate Pound Cake

There are two versions to the pound cake I have tried. One with a butter cream and a completely different after taste and this one is pure sinful for dark chocolate lovers. This is finished with Belgium ganache.

Decandent it is!
