6 years in, my vision for Bakes by Aliya has evolved, and it’s time our branding reflected that We’re excited for this new chapter, a refined menu, and a brand that feels more like us ❤️ But there’s more to Bakes by Aliya than what happens in the kitchen 🧪... With a Master’s in Food Science & Technology and professional experience in academic research, food product development, and R&D, I bring a technical, science-backed approach to many of my bakes From ingredient functionality to recipe formulation, the science is just as important as the creativity Big changes are coming 👀 December 5th - Save the date ✨ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #bakesbyaliya #microbakery #rebrand #brandlaunch by @bakesbyaliya_

🍪🍪🍪 // not your basic chocolate chip cookie one of the first products I developed for Bakes by Aliya the dough is aged for 72 hours to develop deeper flavor, then baked until the edges are crisp, the centers stay chewy, and the chocolate gets perfectly melty . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #bakesbyaliya #chocolatechipcookie #cookiesofinstagram #trend #microbakery by @bakesbyaliya_

it's easy to posts the wins - the sold-out weekends, the big orders, the exciting collaborations, the follower milestones But there’s a LOT that happens behind the scenes that never makes it to Instagram 🫠 a lot of the things I’d consider “flops” ended up teaching me how I actually want to run my business so here’s the less polished side of running a microbakery. The stuff that doesn’t make the highlight reel . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #bakesbyaliya #microbakery #smallbusiness #shopsmall #orangecounty by @bakesbyaliya_
