I had a wonderful experience attending Columbia SPS’s Talking with Troy event!

I’m grateful for being selected as 1 of the 15 students to get the opportunity to connect with Dean Troy Eggers, Dean Crawford, and fellow Columbia students while gaining valuable insights into leadership, professional growth, and the future of @cu_sps_stratcomm

I’m beyond honored and grateful to have been selected as a recipient of Columbia University’s Dean’s Fellowship!

This highly competitive fellowship awards $15,000 toward my graduate education and recognizes academic excellence, professional promise, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.

So excited to share that I will be continuing my education at @columbia School of Professional Studies, pursuing my master’s in Strategic Communication.

This has been a lifelong dream, and I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity, not just for me but for my parents who made it all possible.

@univmiami & @umsoc challenged me in every way, but every no and every yes led me here. Thank you to all of my incredible professors for believing in me and my talent. Forever grateful.

Our first @spj_umiami meeting of the semester was a huge success!!

We had over 30 members join us last night and we could not be more excited for the year ahead. A big thank you to our e-board for helping make it happen. This is just the beginning 🤍 by @balajrazamedia

So beyond grateful for an incredible summer interning with the City of Miami Beach as a Marketing and Communications Intern! ☀️🌴

Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to dive into so many creative projects, from designing eye-catching flyers and editing tons of fun Instagram Reels to revamping our story highlights and creating content for both @miamibeachnews and @miamibeachfire 🚒

I’ve learned so much about how local government communicates with its community and got to see firsthand the impact of strong digital storytelling. I’m so proud of everything I got to contribute, and even more thankful for the amazing team I worked with.

Endless appreciation to everyone who made this experience so memorable, I’ll always carry the lessons, the creativity, and the laughs with me! 💙 by @balajrazamedia

I can’t believe my first semester as a ‘Canes Creator for the @univmiami has come to an end. This experience has truly been the highlight of my college journey so far and has shaped me in ways I never expected.

From interviewing Ross Lynch to launching my viral dorm tour series, I’ve had the chance to bring big ideas to life and connect with the UM community in such a meaningful way.

This semester, my content alone reached over 3 million impressions, and our team collectively hit over 6 million across TikTok and Instagram. I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to more creativity, and unforgettable moments! by @balajrazamedia
