A neighborhood affair….

No ordinary menu and exclusively for this kitchen takeover.

For one weekend, Chef Eric of Makoto steps across the street and into the Bar Abong kitchen for a special collaboration centred on premium ingredients, bold flavours and a deconstructed take on omakase.

An à la carte menu featuring exceptional produce, high-end ingredients, creative interpretations and a few things out of the ordinary.

The night was a whole vibe. Big thanks to @gai_borneo holding it down on the decks 🎶.
