Amid the government shut down and now with it re opening, we wanted to highlight on some of the people that have dedicated their lives to federal service.

Being from the DMV area we all know how common it is for people to work for the federal government or within the public sector, which has allowed a lot of the people to provide their families. It serves a pathway to security and for some even early retirement. These workers have served their country and have made the AREA what it has become today.

“CLEARANCE” is a portrait series celebrating former federal workers & retirees who are our friends, family members, associates and our neighbors.

We partnered with Dreams of Triumph, which felt like the perfect way to represent what it means to serve the people “and effect positive change in the world.”

If you or someone you know has worked in the public sector, drop “CLEARANCE” in the comments — we’d love to hear from ya’ll.

Local Motion Series: Track 009

Where we highlight and connect creativity on every track 🛤️

We captured two beautiful evenings for Rosewood Hotel Group at the legendary @rosewoodthecarlyle and the infamous @thecampbellnyc in Grand Central Station.

The Carlyle Hotel is a luxury apartment hotel on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Over the years, the Carlyle Hotel has “frequented celebrities, politicians, and royalty - ranked among New York City’s best hotels.

The Campbell is a bar and cocktail lounge located in Grand Central Station - once the office of American financier John W. Campbell. @rosaliadecuba was the highlight of both evenings. 🎤💫 by @autumnlabella

Last weekend I went to the first ever Live @roundtablegameshow in ATL and it did not disappoint ‼️Special shoutout to @ichvse and @naturallymelonie and the rest of the team for building this amazing community and making this vision come to life.
It was truly an unforgettable experience and your light touched everybody in the room and beyond. Let this be the first of many and in proud of each and every person who was apart of this production.
