What a privilege to share a little salsa workshop with the residents of a retirement community where I have the pleasure of treating patients! ❤️💃🕺

There’s something special about moving to music, sharing joy, and turning movement into a fun and healthy form of exercise.

Rehab and salsa have more in common than you might think. Together, they can help improve coordination, mobility, balance, rhythm, confidence, and so much more.

A beautiful reminder that movement is medicine, and it should be something we enjoy at every stage of life. ❤️🎶

Thank you so much to the beautiful salseras helping me with the workshop @casey_rama and @ildiko.nagyy and a special thanks to @willowbend.retirement for receiving us! by @barbell_physiotherapy

POV: Doing what you love every day. Grateful to help people recover through education, movement, and exercise, and return to the activities they love most.

My annual “zero preparation” 🙈 Always a good time getting out there and soaking in the experience. by @barbell_physiotherapy

Tried an anti-gravity treadmill today 🚀

Same speed, less body weight… totally different feel. As the load drops, each stride gives you more lift ⬆️ → more hang time… so it looks like slow motion ⏱️

Floaty, smooth, unreal ✨

After injury, it’s not just about movement, it’s about rebuilding capacity.

Here you can see a few exercises we used in order to rebuild load tolerance through loaded deep knee flexion, rotation, and athletic patterns that once caused difficulty.

Progressive, controlled, and intentional exercise so you don’t just return… you come back stronger. by @barbell_physiotherapy

Rehab isn’t just about reducing pain, it’s about rebuilding strength, increasing load tolerance, restoring confidence, mobility and preparing your body for the demands of everyday life. Especially for active people, pain-free is just the baseline, being capable of sustaining the loads of your sport is the goal, positioning you to grow beyond.💪📈

Part 2 🎥

A deeper look at other strategies that helped drive this incredible progression — from being unable to stand, to standing up independently for reps.

Consistency. Smart programming. Trust in the process. 💪 by @barbell_physiotherapy

Amazing patient progression 🙌 From not being able to stand up for nearly 2 years…
to crushing 20+ reps completely on his own.

Consistency. Trust. Hard work.

This is why we do what we do. 💪🩺👨‍⚕️📈 by @barbell_physiotherapy

Today I’m celebrating 1 year since opening Barbell Physiotherapy Inc. A year full of learning, change, and growth. Feeling incredibly grateful for where I am and for the people I’ve had the chance to connect with and help. 2025 was the start—excited for what 2026 brings. by @barbell_physiotherapy

Merci Nick 🙏🏿
