I love people ♥️ by @barbwireandsunshine

It is with great pleasure that I announce my official certification as an ICM Master coach. 😁

This achievement comes after a year of dedicated effort, including numerous late nights, limited sleep, and consistent personal inner work, all while assisting many clients in their own journeys of self-discovery and overcoming personal obstacles.

I feel a profound sense of lightness and anticipation for the opportunity to serve my community and beyond. I eagerly await the exciting new developments that lie ahead.

Thank you @alyssanobriga 💓 I couldn't have done it without your love and support ❤️

Happy Halloween 🎃 🤪 by @barbwireandsunshine

Let yourself feel your feelings on the hard days.

Because if you don't feel them, they don't just go away — they stay in your body. And then you need somatics to get back in there and feel what you skipped over.

Feeling it now is the shortcut. Your body already knows how to move through it when you stop running from it.

Inside The Embodied Path, this is the work we do together — somatic healing, feeling it fully, and coming back to yourself. Your first 7 days are free. Come see what you're capable of — link in bio 💛 by @barbwireandsunshine
