GC50 barefoot🦶🏼done and dusted!!! The mission behind this run was to prove we are born with everything we need to achieve whatever we put our mind too. With consistency, believing in yourself, showing up one way or another every day and slowly building towards your goals anything can be achieved! Bare Bonez is a personal brand I’ve wanted to put out there for a long time. This is just the start of showing the world what you can achieve with the bare minimum and in the most natural way possible. It’s all about getting back to our bare natural human version. Here’s a few tips: - You don’t need the most expensive footwear to do things. We are born without shoes and can move perfectly without shoes. Look up @thefootcollective and I’ll do a post on the science about barefoot running and training eventually… - You don’t need the best running shorts to do things. I ran in @needessentials board shorts and they are the most versatile shorts I own and the cheapest boardies I’ve bought in years. I run, surf and do yoga in them and they are an awesome brand doing good things for the world. What other brands should be doing but aren’t. - you don’t need a few hundred dollar sunnies. I ran in @the.ritual.vision sabotage speedys and they are the best sunnies I’ve owned. And if you know me you know how many sunnies I own. - I ran in a op shop work out singlet I bought years ago. This year I cropped it though cause look good feel good! - you don’t need a special running hat. I got this cheap with some parts from work from @repcoaustralia and it’s skitz. Look at the flames on it 🔥🤘🏼 - you don’t need a fancy watch either. I ran with my $50 Casio that has a stop watch on it to track my nutrition timing. - but yes I used my phone for logging Strava and music cause I fuckin love running to hard techno tunes. Makes me go fast ⚡️sue me! by @bare_bonezz

Getting back to my creative side ❤️‍🔥 Another part of the Bare Bonez collection of things we should be doing to get back to ourselves is creating and expressing ourselves in our own unique ways. It’s what makes us human. Everything around us is created by nature or humans, some good & some bad... Creating in your own way is an important part of being yourself (we all have this part of us buried inside) in a world where we are told how we should be. Have you let your creative side out lately? by @bare_bonezz
