Happy Sleeve Anniversary to me‼️I entered year 2 on the 22nd and I’m truly proud of the consistency and discipline I’ve achieved… Even when I took a major loss this year and felt like giving up I reminded myself of how far I’ve come… From 301➡️165, 1️⃣3️⃣6️⃣ pounds gone‼️ Whewww!! 😮‍💨 Girl I’m so proud of you!! 👏🏾 And let me reassure you getting the surgery was the easy part but maintaining is the challenge... But I’m going to keep working and staying healthy!! I got this‼️💪🏾❤️ #vsg #vsgsleeve #vsgcommunity #vsgjourney #vsgsupport #vsgfamily #vsgtransformation #vsglife #vsgsurgery #vsggoals #vsgbeforeandafter #vsgweightloss #vsgcommunitysupport #vsgbabe #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #weightlossmotivation #weightlosssupport by @baribabetmack

Another 5K in the books and it definitely felt great once again! My husband and I both were able to cut down our completion times which we’re both proud of!! Who would have thought I would be completing obstacles like these?!?! Shout out to my sleeve for changing my life and giving me these opportunities to do the things I never thought I’d be able to do.

Just completed my very first 5k run and I couldn’t be more proud of myself‼️🥹 I literally went out there and challenged myself‼️ 3 miles in 42 minutes was definitely BIG to me‼️ Being able to run most of it took a lot of dedication but I did it‼️Thanks to my husband for signing us up and of course being my biggest supporter‼️
