@barkadabreads Mona started experimenting with baking pandesal as a passion project in 2020. Pandesal is the quintessential, pillowy-soft, breakfast and snack bread roll of the Philippines known for it's airy interior and a subtly sweet flavor. 'Barkada' means friend group in Filipino and Barkada Breads is an homage to all of the friends and friend groups Mona has met on the way. So grab some bread and savor the experience with your barkada! #shoplocal #cantonbaltimore #openairmarket #cancomarket #pandesal #filipinofood by @barkadabreads
