Simple systems for a cleaner home
& a more thoughtful future 🌍
📦
Serving: Eastern Sierra, CA & Vermont🏔

POSTS STORIES REELS

Most of us don’t think much about the products we use every day.

Dish soap.
Laundry detergent.
Hand soap.
Paper products.

But these small, repeated choices quietly shape our homes, our health, our waterways, and the systems we support with our dollars.

Baseline Boxes exists to make better choices easier.

We research, compare, and evaluate everyday household products through a comprehensive framework so you don’t have to spend countless hours doing it yourself.

The result is a collection of high-performing, non-toxic, lower-waste alternatives that work well together as complete systems.

And this is only the beginning.

Every purchase helps support the larger vision of Overflow: building localized regenerative infrastructure that strengthens community resilience, ecological stewardship, and long-term thriving.

Small choices.
Connected systems.
A different future.

Clarity in commerce.

It sounds simple.

Yet most of us make purchasing decisions in a marketplace filled with vague labels, competing claims, incomplete information, and incentives that don’t always align with our long-term wellbeing.

What if products were evaluated more holistically?

Not just on one dimension.
Not just on marketing.
Not just on price.

But on their total impact.

The Overflow-Approved Standard was created to bring greater clarity, transparency, and accountability to the products that enter our homes.

Each product is evaluated across multiple dimensions and compared using a consistent framework designed to look at the bigger picture.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is helping people make more informed decisions, supporting companies that are genuinely doing better, and creating a marketplace that rewards integrity rather than confusion.

Because clarity benefits everyone. 🌎 by @baselineboxes

A little commercial for a very big vision. 🌎📦

When I first imagined Baseline Boxes, I knew I wanted it to feel different from the way most household products are marketed.

I wanted it to feel grounded in real homes, real routines, real people, and the everyday systems that quietly shape our health, environment, and quality of life over time.

Seeing this vision begin to come to life has been really special. ♥️

Thank you to @rootdown_community for letting us film in such a beautiful community space.

And thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life:
@jimespey, @slowpokelynnie, @whitneyorozco47, Dave from @allamericandaves for the narration, and @shan.has.a.cam for filming & directing the teenage girl scenes.

A big part of this project is questioning what we’ve normalized — and what’s truly worthy of admiration.

Disposable culture isn’t cool.
Poor ingredient quality isn’t impressive.
Systems that create more waste, clutter, friction, and disconnection aren’t inspiring.

Thoughtful design is cool.
High-quality systems are attractive.
Living with greater awareness, intention, health, and care is something worth aspiring toward.🌲 by @baselineboxes

Performance & Product Design 🏆

This isn’t just a cleaning product problem.
It’s a product design problem.

Many products today are optimized for replacement cycles, short-term cost reduction, or marketing appeal — not long-term performance, durability, or user experience.

And on the other side, many “eco-friendly” alternatives underperform in ways that make sustainable choices harder to maintain in everyday life.

So people do what makes sense:
they choose what works.

And the cycle continues.

We believe high-performing products shouldn’t require compromising on ingredient integrity, thoughtful design, or environmental responsibility.

The goal isn’t just “eco-friendly.”
The goal is systems that are effective, durable, intuitive to use, and genuinely supportive of daily life. 💪🏻 by @baselineboxes

A quick overview of how Baseline Boxes works. 📦

Baseline Boxes operates through seasonal enrollment rounds.

Why?

Because the goal isn’t endless consumption.
It’s intentional household support.

Once enrolled, members continue into seasonal refill cycles designed to evolve with the changing needs of the home throughout the year.

Founding Summer enrollment is now open for:
— The Eastern Sierra
— Vermont

Deliveries begin July 2026.

Meet my parents!

Lynn & Jim ♥️

They’ll be hand-assembling & locally delivering the Confident Clean system to homes & businesses across Vermont. 📦🌎

But first…

They have a cross-country road trip planned to break in their new car camping vehicle, and I’m so happy to watch them live out their road-tripping dreams. 🚐🫶 by @baselineboxes

Happy Mother’s Day, Mom! ♥️

Baseline Boxes is officially live in Vermont & open to receive orders. 🥳

For those who don’t know…

The mission is to get everyone to baseline with our everyday household goods.

What does that mean?

It means surrounding ourselves with products that do the least amount of harm throughout their lifecycle — while creating systems that actively improve the places we live.

The goal isn’t just to offer better products at a comparable price to what’s currently most popular.

It’s to evolve commerce itself.
To shift what’s normalized.
To build a regenerative market rooted in transparency & integrity.

And it starts local.

Every purchase made through Baseline Boxes helps fund regenerative infrastructure in Vermont — creating a direct relationship between everyday purchases and the long-term wellbeing of a place.

Most purchases today leave us completely disconnected from where our money actually goes.
Baseline Boxes is designed to change that.

We’re starting with our first box: Confident Clean.

A complete home cleaning system delivered to your home (or business) once every season.

This includes:

— Surface & floor cleaning
— Bathroom cleaning
— Laundry
— Dishwashing
— Hand soap
— Optional add-ons to round out your system

Customize the products in your box to your liking.
Update your refills to match your real usage.
Never receive more than what you actually need.

Most households currently spend around $70–90/month on mainstream cleaning products.
Baseline Boxes is designed to deliver a significantly higher standard while remaining on the lower end of that same range.

The intent is simple:

To leave the smallest waste footprint possible.
To bring non-toxic products into our homes.
To support highly effective goods made with integrity.
And to actively regenerate the world we live in through the power of our purchase. 🌎 by @baselineboxes

A more serious look for a more serious topic.

Most people feel, on some level, the planetary crisis we’re living in.

And a huge part of it comes down to how commerce is currently run.

We generate massive amounts of waste every day.
We rely on extractive systems that degrade ecosystems.
We navigate a marketplace with little transparency or accountability.
And we’re constantly being influenced to buy products that are neither sustainable nor truly safe for our bodies.

This is what drove me to build something different.

A system. A new standard for what we allow into our homes.

The marketplace is already competitive.
Now imagine if that same energy was directed toward something better—
toward products that actually support the health of people and planet.

That’s what this is.

Winners go in the box.
The system updates as companies evolve—always reflecting the top performers.

So what reaches your home isn’t random.
It’s the best we have.

And over time, that changes everything. 🌎 by @baselineboxes

Health & Ingredients 🧪

This isn’t just a cleaning product problem.
It’s how products are formulated — and how little we’re told.

Most people assume what’s on the shelf is safe.
But “safe” isn’t clearly defined — and it doesn’t always reflect how products are actually used in real homes.

Ingredients are often hidden behind terms like “fragrance.”
Labels are difficult to interpret.
And what’s left behind on your surfaces is rarely part of the conversation.

So people do what makes sense:
they trust what’s available.

And the cycle continues.

Baseline Boxes exists to offer another path —
one built on full transparency,
intentional formulation,
and systems that actually hold up in real life. by @baselineboxes

Welcome to the reason I was able to move to the Eastern Sierra!🐕

Meet Tilly, Odie & Ace 🐾

This winter, while I’ve been building my business day after day, these three (and @keepingwildwendy) made sure I didn’t forget why I’m here —

to get outside,
off my computer,
and back into the wild.

Waste & Packaging 🚮

This isn’t just a cleaning product problem.
It’s how most of commerce works.

We’ve been told things get “thrown away.”
But there is no away.

Most materials end up in landfills — or in recycling systems that are fragmented and inconsistent at best.

Refill systems were supposed to change this.
But many products marketed as “refillable” still rely on disposable packaging —
and the systems that do exist are often too complex to sustain.

So people do what makes sense:
they choose convenience.

And the cycle continues.
