What would you do if you knew 2026 was your last year? 🪽✨️
Thank you for inspiring this reflection @bc_serna 🙏 by @baymiraflores

Connecting With My Bliss

Over the last couple of years I've had many periods of taking breaks online. The fun of sharing can sometimes become more work than play. Mostly because as an entrepreneur our businesses can often depend on our online presence.

If you've known me since highschool & uni days, I've always been someone that loved sharing & expressing my experiences via blog / vlog and reflecting purely for fun!

The online space stored my memories whether they're good or bad. As I've taken on more clients, I've felt on many occasions this need to filter myself incase people take things the wrong way & it's felt limiting. It felt not fully authentic.

I can't say I'm always right about what I share or approach how I share very eloquently. Lawd, knows I have multiple typos & can excessively ramble off whats on my mind. At some point I felt that was a bad thing. I started to feel this need to keep up this professional perfectionism that never really sat well with me.

One day I asked my sister her honest opinion, "Do you think what I've been sharing was too much?" She replied with, "Maybe ask yourself, what are things you love about people you follow & use that to help guide you."

I've had to sit with that many times over the past few months. Was I sharing too much about challenges of caretaking? Was the weight of my clients experiences & my own too much for most people to really understand why I encourage healthier lifestyles? Was my mix of professional + sometimes just really hyper playful sides giving people whiplash...

This is when I realized I was caring way too much about what others thought & stopped sharing for me. What I love about people I'm hooked on following is their authenticity through their highs + lows. Their honest thoughts, no matter how unconventional they are. Their lessons that came from mistakes + failures that they had enough courage to share candidly / how they dealt with conflict or opposition with pure humbling humanness.

Ive really learned, "You can never say the wrong things to the right person; and the right thing to the wrong people."

There's something so liberating & blissful about accepting that! by @baymiraflores

FIrst Summer Camp in the Books! 🤩

There's so much warmth and expansiveness in my heart when I review these memories! It was packed with an abundance of beauty! The synchronicities, connections and range of experiences were absolute gold ✨️

I keep trying to put into words how much this meant to me, especially given what I was navigating at the time when I flew out but words won't do it justice 😂

I'm grateful to have shared so many wholesome moments with these earth angels. Remembering the Magic of Life ✨️

Level 3 SEA Leadership Retreat: I got to expand my capacity by angeling for 6 powerful breathwork circles in 5 days, and practice supporting 16 heart-led leaders as they opened up their intuition & witnessed the strength of their inner knowing 🥹

Intuition Unlocked Retreat: Got to attend & film my 3rd Intuition Retreat hosted by Dr. Divi. Learning the whys & hows behind the structure of the container alongside fellow intuitive leaders was truly eye opening (pun intended) 😋

Enjoyed an epic halloween party! It provided an opportunity to deepen new connections, heal owies shared with old ones, and shed fears around being in environments that triggered memories of past traumas. I felt so protected & safe to explore platonic playful affection 🥰

Had several impactful heart-to-hearts in community & 1:1 with chosen family, and former lovers who are now some of my dearest friends. Celebrated our growth, grieved in gratitude for past versions of our selves, retemplated relationships & made fun new memories 🫂

Toyed with building business again in ways that I deeply missed but also undeniably feared because of past experiences with burnout. Explored my edges. Questioned my true intentions & motives. Challenged my devotional. Leaned into deepening my trust in divine orchestration 🪽

Humbly recognized that Im a novice when it comes to honoring my cycles. Learned to accept that prioritizing my needs may disappoint people. Released fears of judgement & disapproval from anyone who benefited from my self abandonment 🔑

Truthfully, there were many times I just wanted to go home. Exhaustion pressed in. My sense of victimhood in the midst of contrast felt louder than ever. This year a decade’s worth of past traumas came to the surface, and I found myself bracing for impact. My resistance to surrender eclipsed my faith, and yet I could feel growth quietly taking root 🌱

Returning to Vancouver is always a kind of medicine journey. It's unpredictable, intense, and full of surprises. Ive learned to expect the unexpected. Often in hindsight the hidden blessings become clearer & somehow everything ends up unfolding way better than expected 🪷 by @baymiraflores

Life can move so quickly and feel like a blur sometimes 🌪

Feeling grateful for all the beautiful memories with the people who have shared their light with me and had my back through the whirlwind✨️

✨🌕 What an absolutely EPIC night under the Lion’s Gate + Full Moon in Aquarius 🔥💛 The magic began with the an enlivening warm up by @buyizm, our cacao ceremony courtesy of @tannyavanessa which led into an incredible heart-opening Songs of Soul concert by @mitschkohn & @darrenaustinhall — a breathtaking journey of piano, voice, and spirit that channeled pure celestial vibrations. 🌌

Then Darren transformed into DJ Druid, guiding us through an ecstatic dance adventure while @jessebuck.cacaoboy elevated our hearts even higher into the night. 🌀💃🌿

Gratitude for this community, this portal, and the cosmic energy we shared. Here’s to more mystical nights like this! 💫

Return to Self | Whistler Retreat 2024 💫

My goodness, that was nothing short of magical! ✨️

It was like a fun intuition heightening boot camp. It came with so many takeaways that go beyond what can be simply expressed into words. These highlights won't do this experience justice, but they're worth noting:

• It was impossible to ignore that every human being is gifted with an abundance of inherent resources / gifts once we learn how to tap into them.

• Our capacity to trust divine guidance & ourselves was challenged. We faced, witnessed, and shared challenges that supported a collective surrendering to the unfamiliar and uncomfortable, despite any imposture syndrome and raw truths that were revealed.

• The food was so freaking good! I had 1-2 plates filled up every meal. Partially because of how much energy needed to be replenished, but it also tasted so delicious that I indulged guilt free. So grateful for the cooks!

• Evening chats in the living room, kitchen, sauna, and hot tub were super soul nourishing. It was a great time to reflect together on what we were learning / practicing and helped us see the common threads we experienced throughout our lives that led us to venturing into this work.

• Had a blast observing how everyones dominant & various gifts presented information. It was fascinating to watch how the mentors worked together intuitively to hold the container for us as a solid support system, while we worked through any internal blocks and stepped into our power.

I didn't get much footage since we tried to keep our phones away, but if you're curious to learn more about how life changing these retreats can be, I highly recommend you hop on a call with Dr. Divi. Everyone I've referred to her has been so grateful to connect & wanted more!

Special thank you to our mentors for patiently teaching, guiding and supporting us as we practiced and asked a gazillion questions: @drdivi @sharonstoroschuk @terylrothery @semenickwatt

Huge thanks to all the participants for your presence, vulnerability, love & support! Yall rocked it, especially during the lightening round. Weeoo! Excited to continue blossoming alongside you over the upcoming months 🪷 by @baymiraflores

Seeing Beauty Through Contrast ✨️

When we’re moving through confronting experiences, it can feel incredibly hard to deeply appreciate all the various forms of abundance that's present. Sometimes it takes a bit more intentionality to really notice the blessings that are right before our eyes.

Gratitude practices, especially during uncomfortable moments, are like a muscle we build. We don’t always feel like using them, but they support us in ways we appreciate later.

During some of my more challenging periods, I found myself longing to stay put; to nest, to anchor, to stop moving. Traveling started to feel taxing, and honestly, I began to dislike it a lot lol.

There were various reasons for this, but the biggest piece for me was that I felt torn between worlds…

Over the last three years, you could say I’ve lived ‘part-time’ between Ontario and BC. As much as I wanted to settle down and choose a province to call home, it felt impossible to pick. My experiences in each province contrast in distinct ways, but I started interpreting that contrast as a problem. I lost sight of how fortunate I am to have two places that both feel like home, even if it's for different reasons.

It’s wild how a simple shift in perspective can completely reshape our inner world; transforming the entire landscape of our mind. It can turn life into feeling like heaven or hell on earth.

Looking back on these memories in Ontario, I was reminded of something I’d forgotten: home isn’t a single place we choose on a map. Home is first and foremost within us. It’s a feeling that travels with us. The moments when I switch any of my narratives from fear to love, and get intouch with my inner home again.. Ive felt this satisfying sense of grounding.

Grateful for these moments + people that warmed my heart and helped me FEEL my home with their presence ❤️‍🔥🪽 by @baymiraflores

"A new state of consciousness must be mentally established and energetically embodied before it becomes your new reality."

For most of my 20s I resisted anything that had to do with spiritual concepts. I actually detested it for many years, while going through my challenges with mental illness and chronic health issues.

Last year, I began intentionally exploring spirituality. I wanted to get what all the hype was about, and was convinced I wouldn't find anything of substance worth trusting.

That was until I experienced an awakening after my first bufo session, and it was like taking a red pill. I couldn't turn back. What I once perceived as woo-woo became increasingly harder to deny.

There were many times I wanted to "go back". My skepticism was on overdrive, but so was my curiosity. 🧐

I decided to lean in, collect data from my own experiences, inquire about others' spiritual encounters and perceptions of spirituality from both religious and non-religious people. It's been a fascinating journey to say the least. 😋

I've just skimmed the surface of understanding spirituality but what I've learned and undergone thus far has been incredibly eye opening! 🤩

I'm grateful for everyone who has traveled down this path with me and shared openly their thoughts & exposure to these complex concepts. It's opened me up to a whole new world! 🥰

I'm not someone to simply encourage people to drink the cool-aid. I prefer people to do their own due dligence, in order to come to their on conclusions. However, if there's a part of you that is intrigued by quantum physics and consciousness, I think you'll really enjoy exploring the spiritual rabbit hole ✨️

One lesson I've learned on this expedition, is to give myself a lot of space, reflection time, and grace to process. When your reality turns upside down, it's normal for it to be a lot to digest 😅
