My favorite is The Big Easy Blend. Big Easy Blend is great for blackening foods like chicken and fish! What is your favorite? by @bbqdudeco

Peach Whiskey Glazed Party Ribs

1 rack baby back ribs, membrane removed
@bbqdudeco Sweet and Smoky Rub

Glaze:
1/4 c tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 fresh peaches, chopped
3/4 c peach preserves
2 tsp mustard
3 TBSP Worcestershire
1/2 c whiskey
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
Pinch cayenne
Salt and pepper, to taste

Spritz:
Equal parts whiskey, apple cider vinegar, and water

4 tbsp unsalted butter

Make peach whiskey glaze: Combine all ingredients in a medium pot over medium heat, simmering until bubbly and peaches are softened. Carefully transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a heat safe jar, set aside.

Cut the rack of ribs into individual ribs and generously season with rub on all sides. Smoke at 275F for 2 hours, spritzing every 30 minutes with whiskey, AVC, and water mixture.

Transfer ribs to a foil pan. Add 4 TBSP unsalted butter, more rub, and 1 1/2c glaze. Cover with foil and smoke for an additional 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!! by @bbqdudeco
