Rainy skies and murky water didn’t stop us from landing this beautiful 6 pound rainbow trout at one of our favorite lakes in East County San Diego. The Black Magic Mini Jig came through 🔥🎣🤙

DAY AFTER DAY, LAKE AFTER LAKE! Casting the 2inch @stay.bentt Clear with holographic glitter minnow all along the drop offs and decide to fish the deeper part and bam! Felt the bite thankfully due to the @carlitos_395 G-braid in the 🇲🇽. The @bbx.leadheads 1/16th Ball Head kept her tight and alive even when she jumped!!! Jig was dipped of course in that Pellet Punch 🥊 to save the day and trick this 7.4lb NON TAGGED 🌈. And shout out to the net man @p.l.i.n.ko What a way to end the eastern serria season and see you next year👀 But in the meantime SoCal season approaches…. by @bbx.leadheads
