BCG is proud to collaborate with RunSmart to deliver a 6-Week Fitness Team Challenge Programme with Hibiscus Petroleum, involving 35 dedicated staff members on a journey towards better health, fitness, and wellbeing! Our mission goes beyond exercise and physical transformation. At BCG, we believe that fitness should not be a short-term challenge, but the beginning of a lifelong commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Through the Hibiscus TEPAT Programme, we hope to inspire every participant to: - Discover the joy of movement and exercise. - Build strength, stamina, and confidence. - Support and motivate one another. - Develop healthy habits that last beyond six weeks. - Fall in love with exercise and make wellness part of everyday life. We believe the real success of this programme is not just about how much weight participants lose or how fit they become in six weeks. It is about helping them utilise all of their team, and discover that being healthy can be enjoyable, empowering, and sustainable. Together with Hibiscus and RunSmart, BCG hopes to turn six weeks of action into a lifetime of positive change. Let's move better, live healthier, and build a stronger future together! by @bcg.fitness
BCG TEAM FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CHALLENGE! It's always inspirational to see when the Labuan community comes together over a shared love for sport. Congratulations to everyone that took on the 3 grueling challenges last weekend and pushed yourself out of your comfort zone. Thank you to @abovehydration for providing our athletes with the right electrolytes to keep them fueled throughout each workout. Thank you @blop.asia for ensuring that everyone had the correct recovery drink to help minimise those aches and pains. A big thank you to our volunteers and judges - we can't organise these events without you. Thank you to our photographer for capturing all of the memories, and to our in-house DJ for providing the tunes to keep you all moving. Well done to everyone, whether it was your first time competing or you manage to secure a spot on the podium. #bcgfitness #rakanmuda #dskkbs2026 #kbsmalaysia by @bcg.fitness
HUNTR GAMES 2026 Congratulations to all of our team for battling through the HUNTR GAMES Challenge last weekend, whether you took on the solo or doubles challenge you did BCG proud ๐Ÿ™Œ Thank you to @huntrgames for providing the opportunity for everyone to compete, especially some of our stateless athletes. It's not always easy finding organisations and competitions who have an open mindset that allows everyone to compete. You allowed our stateless athletes a chance to shine and show off their true potential ๐Ÿ™ And not forgetting a huge congratulations to @rijer_z and @alicecardall for finishing second in the female pro category ๐Ÿ”ฅ #huntrmalaysia #bcgfitness #stateless by @bcg.fitness
