What you focus on shapes how you see everything.

When our eyes are fixed on our circumstances, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by what’s happening around us. But when we fix our eyes on Jesus, our perspective begins to shift.

The circumstances may not change, but the way we see them does.

Colossians 3:2 reminds us to “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”

What has your attention has the power to shape your perspective. So let’s be intentional about where we fix our eyes, what we allow to fill our minds, and whose truth we allow to guide our lives.

A heavenly focus changes our earthly perspective. 🤍 by @bcoming.church

Yesterday we celebrated new life in Christ through baptism.

Baptism is so much more than a moment; it’s a declaration that the old is gone, and the new has come.

It’s freedom, surrender, and a public step of faith that says, “I belong to Jesus.”

We give all the glory to God for the lives transformed and for every heart that said yes to following Him. What a day of joy in Heaven and here in Decatur, AL. by @bcoming.church

BAPTISM SUNDAY IS TOMORROW! 🌊🙌

There’s nothing like celebrating lives changed by Jesus! We can’t wait to worship together, celebrate every YES to Jesus, and cheer on those taking their next step of faith.

It’s going to be a special Sunday, BC! ❤️ We can’t wait to see you! by @bcoming.church

You can know all the right things and still miss the heart of God.

You can uphold the standard, know the Word, and teach your children the rules. But are you leading with love?

Discipline without affection can produce obedience without relationship.

This Sunday was a powerful reminder that before we examine everyone else, we need to invite God to examine our own hearts.

As husbands, fathers, parents, and followers of Jesus, are we leading with both truth AND love?

“Where am I right, but I’m not in love?”

That’s a question worth bringing before the Lord this week. ❤️ by @bcoming.church

There’s a lot happening at BC this weekend, and we don’t want you to miss a thing! 🙌

We can’t wait to spend Sunday with you, BC family! ❤️ by @bcoming.church

Dear Pastors,

Some of the greatest ways you’ve impacted our lives are in moments most people will never see.

The prayers prayed in private. The burdens carried quietly. The sacrifices made without recognition. The times you’ve shown up, poured into others, and faithfully followed God’s calling, even when it wasn’t easy.

Thank you for loving people well, pointing us back to Jesus, investing in the next generation, and leading by example in what it looks like to live a life fully surrendered to Him.

To our pastors at BCOMING.CHURCH, we see the fruit of your faithfulness, even when we don’t see all that it takes. We love you, we honor you, and we’re so thankful for your YES to God and His people.

Happy Pastor Appreciation Month! ❤️ by @bcoming.church

Yesterday was a good day.❤️

Jude has been challenging us in the best way. 😮‍💨

Don’t miss this Sunday! 👏👏👏 by @bcoming.church

What if next Sunday is your next step? 🌊

Baptism isn’t the first step. Surrender is.

Salvation begins when you give your life to Jesus. Baptism is the next step, an outward declaration of the life He’s already made new.

The water isn’t waiting for you to have it all figured out. It’s not waiting for a perfect story. Just a heart that’s ready to publicly declare, “Jesus, my life is Yours!”

A leaving behind.
A new beginning.
A YES to the One who’s been calling you.

And when you come out of that water, you won’t be alone. Your church family will be right there celebrating with you. 🤍

Sunday, November 1 is our final Baptism Sunday of 2026!

Silence is never neutral. Timidity is not humility. 🔥

Yesterday, we were challenged to choose courage and contend for the faith.

1️⃣ Build yourself up in the Word and prayer.
2️⃣ Fight the lie. Rescue the person.
3️⃣ Speak with conviction and kindness.
4️⃣ Ask God for boldness.

Stand firm in truth. Love people well. Live boldly for Jesus. 🙌 by @bcoming.church
