NO GYM. NO EXCUSES. 🌲🔥

Just the forest. Your body. And the decision to keep going.

No machines. No comfortable floor. No excuses.
This is where strength is built differently.

BEAST MODE: ON. 🐗

Train hard. Train outside. Embrace the discomfort.

THIS IS NOT A PLAYGROUND.

This is where you find out what you're really made of. 💀🔥

Grip failing.
Arms burning.
Heart racing.
No excuses.

Every obstacle has a lesson.
Every failed attempt makes you stronger.
Every successful attempt raises the standard.
BEAST CAVE OCR 🐗

Come here to train the obstacles you fear.
Come here to build the grip you thought you didn't have.
Come here to become harder to stop.
Train like a beast. Race like a beast.

There are places you can't reach by car.

No paved roads. No stairs. No handrails.

Just cliffs, the sea, and a little courage.

Maybe that's exactly why they remain so special.

Beast Cave OCR wasn't created because of obstacles. It was created because of the feeling you get when you reach a place that most people never will.

It's not just about obstacles.

It's about exploring.
About moving.
About nature.
About pushing your own limits.
About taking one more step when it would be easier to give up.

Because the best views and the greatest stories are waiting beyond your comfort zone. 💪🌿

55 km. 3,500+ meters of elevation gain. 74 obstacles.

Morzine Ultra is done. 💪

I finished 110th out of 387 athletes, and the image shows every obstacle I completed—and the few that got the better of me this time.

The most interesting fact?

I trained an average of just 18 minutes per day for this race.

Beast Cave OCR passed its biggest test. With an average of just 18 minutes of training per day, I successfully finished Morzine Ultra. And this is only the beginning. 🔥

Every race reveals your strengths, but more importantly, it shows where you can improve. The obstacles I failed will become my main focus in the months ahead.

See you at the next challenge. 💪🌲

@ocrvalensvictorious huge thank you to every volunteer, judge and organizer who made this event possible.

Your time, dedication, encouragement and smiles created an incredible atmosphere from the first obstacle to the finish line. You kept us motivated, supported every athlete and reminded us what the OCR community is all about.

OCR is more than a race—it's teamwork, friendship and people who share the same passion for pushing limits.

A special appreciation for including the Open category. It's the perfect way to introduce new people to the sport, allowing friends, families and first-timers to experience OCR, challenge themselves and become part of this amazing community.

Thank you for everything, and see you at the next start line! 💪🌲🔥

I built this place from the ground up.

Every obstacle, every rope, every climb and every carry has been part of my preparation.

In a few weeks, I'll put it to the test on the Spartan World Championship course in Morzine – 50 km and 60 obstacles.

It's not just my challenge. It's the first real test of everything I've built.

When I come back, Beast Cave OCR opens its doors.

Whether you're an experienced OCR athlete or someone looking for a different way to train, you'll find real obstacles, real nature and a community that pushes each other forward.

Built in the forest. Tested on the world stage.

You don't have to be elite to train here. You just have to be willing to challenge yourself.

See you at Beast Cave OCR.
