Can’t wait to share my story. I don’t mean to sound harsh but I’m tired of seeing ppl with Dis-ease showing the world how the dis-ease is killing them slowly but not showing how they’re kicking the dis-ease ASS. As you all know I’m a Lupus warrior and I’ve been through a lot. Kidney failure, seizures, lost my hair, sometimes I lost the ability to walk and so much more. I remember when the doctor said to me “Idk what else to do for you” that was one of the reasons I said to myself Jessica WTF are you doing for yourself. I fell off so many times and it always puts me right back where I don’t want to be. So if you want a change you have to be the change you want to see, I remember being hospitalized and the nurse bringing me trays with food that causes flare ups not one doctor asked me how’s my diet. Stop putting your life’s in these ppl hands cause you’re just another raise for them. They are taught how to kill us not heal us. So with this all being said Follow me on my journey to kicking LUPUS ASS last slide is me kicking lupus ass #theglowup #lupusawareness #lupusflare #lupuswarrior💜 #lupus #journey #healing #plantbased #fruits #veggies #detox #kidney #liver by @beautiful_chere_

January of this year I was diagnosed with Lupus although I’ve been dealing with it since 2016. I’ve been told I wouldn’t and couldn’t do so much like have kids, take vacations, any type of sports, work, and so much more. For a while I was letting the disease do it’s Job and that was tear me apart I couldn’t even play with my kids or pick up my daughter at a point and I would flare up with so much fluid in my body it would look like I was 5 months pregnant and I also lost my hair😩(y’all know I love my hair). So in April of this year I decided to be my own doctor cause I believe our bodies can heal itself and there’s no way I have to live like this for the rest of my life (no cure) so I started to do research and took some time to learn my body and figured out what was causing me to go through everything that I was facing with the disease and that is when I decided to go on a Alkaline diet that turned into my Lifestyle and I never felt so better I went from taking 16 pills a day to 2,I go to the gym 4 days out the week with that being said LUPUS WHAT, I CANT WHAT 😂😂💪🏽. #lupusawarenessmonth #support
