Hi JEMM's! 🌟 Trauma is a complex experience that impacts our entire being. As Peter A. Levine suggests, it disrupts our connection with ourselves, our bodies, our loved ones, and the world. Beyond the mental, emotional, and physical aspects, trauma can also affect us on a spiritual level.

✨ Through the power of Somatic Experiencing, I guide my clients to explore the deep healing potential within their bodies. By addressing trauma from the bottom-up, we uncover and release hidden layers of trauma that may have gone unnoticed. The process of reconnecting body, mind, heart, and spirit paves the way for transformation and healing.

💫 If you're curious to learn more about the transformative power of Somatic Experiencing and how it can support your healing journey, simply send me a DM with the word "Healing," and I'll be happy to provide you with more information.

Hi JEMM's! ✨ Embrace the healing vortex! 🌊✨

💫 In the healing journey, finding balance and filling ourselves with the joy that makes us truly happy is crucial. As we explore Somatic Experiencing, there are two healing vortices holding transformative potential. Today, let's focus on the Counter Vortex.

🌿 Recall those delightfully HAPPY memories as they become our resources. They create a gentle, safe space to ground and nurture ourselves as we navigate the healing process.

😊 So, smile and celebrate your entry into the healing vortex! 💫 If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey, please DM me with the word "healing," Let's connect and coach together!
