New song out tomorrow ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ‰ #newchristianmusic #christiansingersongwriter #scripturesongs by @bec.armour
I'm excited to share that a new single will be dropping later this month ๐Ÿ“ฎ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽ‰ This song is based on 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Our brains are like sponges so I do my best to only feed mine with things that are good, holy and pure. One of the ways I do this is through the music I listen to. This is why I love writing scripture songs. I believe these types of songs are a great tool to help us memorise scripture and it encourages us to think about things that are pure and true, even subconsciously. So stay tuned and read God's Word, for He is good and full of grace ๐Ÿ’› #christiansingersongwriter #christiansinger #christianmusician #indiechristianmusic by @bec.armour
Not by our works, but by His gift of grace! "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." You don't need to spend much to create something special ๐Ÿ’› All these decorations only cost $8 ๐ŸŽ„ Plus, it was fun finding free treasures and giving them a new home. And of course, Christmas music makes every home feel festive. Comment "Christmas" and I'll send you the link to my acoustic Christmas playlist or just follow the link in my bio. The playlist includes my husband and I's cover of the Christmas hymn "Come Thou Long Expected Jesus" which is streaming on all music platforms ๐ŸŽถ #christmas #handmadechristmas #christmasonabudget #christmasdecorations #christmastree #firstmarriedchristmas by @bec.armour
All Glory Be to Christ ๐Ÿค by @bec.armour
Hey ใ€‹ I've been off instagram for most of this year. I don't think I warned anyone about that so I'm sorry for vanishing for a bit ๐Ÿ˜… It's been a busy year but I'm still writing and I have so many songs I'm eager to share with you. I'm having technical difficulties with my recording gear though. Once that's sorted, you'll be hearing some new melodies based on scripture. One song is based on Lamentations 3:24: "The Lord is my portion,โ€ says my soul, โ€œtherefore I will hope in him.โ€ May you continue to hope in our Faithful Creator amidst everything ๐Ÿ•Š Keep living in Truth and in Peace and trust in the Lord. Stand firm! by @bec.armour
This morning we showed Moses the inside of the piano and he loved watching hammers hit the strings inside the piano ๐Ÿ˜‚ by @bec.armour

This is the last song from my "Dove Tumour" album that I'll be sharing about. You can listen to "Mightier" and all the other songs in my album on all streaming platforms ๐ŸŽถ I wrote this song 2 years ago. It didn't take me very long to write: only about an hour. I was sitting at the piano playing and singing through what I had written when the phone rang. My Dad answered. I can still picture the moment when my Dad came out from being on the phone to share the news that my Grandfather had passed away. I am thankful for the timing of the gift of this song. God is good. I hope this song encourages you to praise Him because He is so much more mightier than the thunders and the waves. "Mightier" is based on โ€ญโ€ญPsalmโ€ฌ โ€ญ93:1โ€ญ-โ€ฌ5โ€ฌ ๐Ÿ’› โ€œThe Lord reigns; he is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed; he has put on strength as his belt. Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved. Your throne is established from of old; you are from everlasting. The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring. Mightier than the thunders of many waters, mightier than the waves of the sea, the Lord on high is mighty! Your decrees are very trustworthy; holiness befits your house, O Lord, forevermore.โ€ #christianmusician #driedflowers #tumour #godisgood by @bec.armour
