Life is hard enough. Getting your reactive or sensitive pup groomed shouldn’t have to be! 💜

We know that grooming isn’t always a walk in the park for every pup, and that’s okay! Some dogs need a little extra patience, reassurance, understanding, and a groomer who’s willing to meet them where they are.

At Becca’s Pooch Parlor, we’re here to help! Our compassionate, one on one, kennel-free approach allows us to focus on your dog’s individual needs, work at their pace, and help make grooming a more comfortable experience.

No judgment, no unrealistic expectations. Just patience, kindness, and a genuine love for helping dogs feel their best.

Have a pup who needs a little extra TLC? Give us a call! We’d love to chat about how we can help. 💜🐾

💖 Keeping your pup looking and feeling their best takes teamwork between pet parents and groomers! Regular brushing and combing at home help prevent matting, reduce tangles, and keep your pet’s skin and coat healthy. Just a few minutes of brushing each day can make a huge difference in your dog’s comfort and overall grooming experience. Remember, professional grooming and at home maintenance go hand in hand! A well maintained coat means less time spent working through tangles and more time focusing on a comfortable, positive grooming experience. If you need help picking the correct at home tools for your pets coat type feel free to ask us for our recommendations! 💖🐾 ✨Cali’s bow is from @bardelbows ✨ by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri

🎄🐾 5th Annual Holiday Biscuit Drive ❤️💚

The holidays are a time for giving back, and this tradition holds a special place in our hearts. In October 2022, we adopted our beloved Rottweiler, Louie, from Providence Animal Control Center. Louie quickly became family, showing us just how much love a shelter dog has to give. Although we sadly lost him on November 11, 2024, his memory continues to inspire us. ❤️

🐾 Why Providence Animal Control Center?

Providence Animal Control Center provides shelter, care, and second chances to lost, abandoned, and surrendered animals. Many of these pets are patiently waiting for someone to see their potential and give them the loving home they deserve. Louie was once one of those dogs, and we were lucky enough to be his people. Now, we’re giving back to help make life a little brighter for the animals still waiting.

🎁 How You Can Help

We’re collecting treats, toys, enrichment items, and essential supplies to bring comfort and happiness to the shelter animals this holiday season.

📍 Donation Drop-Off:
53 Providence Street, Unit 3
West Warwick, RI 02893

🐶 Providence clients: Donations can also be brought to your scheduled grooming appointment!

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for helping us continue this meaningful tradition and honor Louie’s memory. 🫶 by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri

Rosie’s before & after! 🐾💜

So much shedding hair and so much fluff! ✨ Our friend Rosie, the beautiful Rough Collie, got a much-needed bath and blow out to help remove all that loose undercoat!

Regular grooming is especially important for double-coated breeds like Rosie. It helps prevent matting, keeps their skin and coat healthy, and cuts down on all that extra hair floating around the house! 💖✨ by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri

Wishing one of our founding clients, Cookie, the happiest of birthdays! 🎉💜

Cookie has been part of the Becca’s Pooch Parlor family since the very beginning, and we’re so grateful to have shared so many years of pampering and memories with this sweet girl! 💖 by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri

Be like Koda’s 🐻 mom — > Pack your pup’s favorite goodies for their next grooming appointment! A little positive reinforcement goes a long way! 🦴✨ by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri

💖🐾 Keeping your pup clean and comfortable doesn’t always require a full grooming appointment! We love seeing pet parents take an active role in maintaining their dog’s coat at home, whether that’s regular brushing, bathing, or visiting a self-wash station.

But even with a great at-home routine, a little professional maintenance goes a long way! Hygiene trims, nail care, and thorough brush-outs help keep those easily overlooked areas clean, healthy, and comfortable.
💖Our focus isn’t just on how your pup looks when they leave, but how they feel, too!💖 by @beccas_pooch_parlor_ri
