A little love letter to the game that’s always felt like home.
Feeling so lucky to be living this life, in this place, doing what I love most, with a lot of the people I love most. by @becky_spear

days I’d happily do all over again

But beneath all the jokes and blurry pictures, there is a life I once hoped for quietly. A life filled with people who feel like home, days that become stories, and small moments that remind me how lucky I am to be here for all of it.

There are still things I’m figuring out, places in me that are growing, and chapters I haven’t reached yet. But lately, I’ve been trying to pause long enough to notice that even an unfinished life can be a beautiful one.

I hope I never become so busy reaching for what’s next that I fail to notice how much beauty already surrounds me. How loved I am. How much there is to be grateful for. How many pieces of the life I once dreamed about are already here.

And this life is very, very beautiful. by @becky_spear

This week marks two years in my tiny home- my little corner of Vista, my yoga farm, my reset button, my becoming.

I found this place at a time when my life felt uncertain and wide open all at once. What started as a lucky find turned into something sacred. These four walls have held so much- growth, grief, laughter, reinvention, deep breaths, and barefoot mornings on the deck.

In year two, this space became more than just mine. It became a landing pad. A gathering place. A safe haven.

This year here, I’ve:

Healed through heartbreak
Deepened old friendships and built new ones
Hosted wine nights, Galentines, yoga flows, and late-night porch talks
Started grad school and my journey to become a therapist
Balanced corporate life with creativity and purpose
Played endless hours of volleyball and chased sunsets
Sat in stillness when I needed to
Let go of what wasn’t aligned- again

Tiny home has become a physical representation of my autonomy. Every plant, every photo, every cozy corner reflects who I am- not who I was supposed to be, not who I’ve been in other seasons- but who I am now.

It’s small, but it holds big things.
It’s simple, but it carries depth.
It’s peaceful, but it has seen transformation.

Two years ago I was stepping into the unknown.
Today I stand in something I built- emotionally, spiritually, physically.

This place reminds me that starting over isn’t failure. It’s freedom.

Here’s to year three- more hosting, more healing, more dancing in the kitchen, more barefoot mornings, more becoming. by @becky_spear

The round 2 that no one asked for!
If you need me, I’ll be doubling as a disco ball for the rest of the season. Feeling highly reflective and mildly chaotic.

A year of heartbreak, healing, travel, growth, and becoming.

Grateful for every version of me that showed up.

Here for what’s next, exactly as I am.

Still hard to believe that the girl who dances in the back row of class would end up in front of the camera. What a wild, wonderful thing to love what you do and see it come full circle.

The Jazzercise Essentials drop Tuesday (10/14) at 1pm PT, and I’m so proud to be part of it. Hit the link in my bio to shop! by @becky_spear

Take care of the ocean, and the ocean will take care of you.

Literally lived in a dream this past week.

There are no words to describe how grateful, thankful, and lucky I am for this amazing time with the most kind and welcoming family.

I got to experience things I’ve only dreamed of. by @becky_spear

One of the most amazing and exhausting weekends of my life.
Thankful, grateful, and blessed to be living out my dreams surrounded by some of the most amazing people I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting.
