Marathon number 5 for me yesterday in my home town 🙌
The lead up to this marathon was almost perfect. Felt great during the training felt a PB was definitely on the cards. But as we know things don’t always go to “plan”
I was running well and on track until the 25km mark when the wind and heat were starting to take its toll. I held on with everything I had determined to make it to that finish line. Definitely the hardest run I have ever done and I’m just so bloody proud of myself for not giving up. Will I do it again? You bet ya! by @becs_adventures22

Training for my next marathon is in full swing. 16km in the legs today on this beautiful day @geelongrunningfestival by @becs_adventures22

Chin ups are coming along nicely 🙌 I can now do them without a band 🥳 All this couldn’t be possible without my amazing coach Ben 😉@tic_gym by @becs_adventures22

Lara 10km!
This was my very first race 10 years again. Still out here, still going strong, life is good 💪😉 by @becs_adventures22

First time running the Ballarat Half, Wow what an atmosphere 🙌 So many people out on course running and cheering and saying random things to you, I have never laughed so hard in a race😂. Felt strong the whole way today and on my last 1km I decided to put my foot on the gas and see what I had in me and ran my fastest km for the day 😂 Still on such a high. Such a well organised and great vibe event. I will be back 🙌 @ballaratmarathon by @becs_adventures22

Bellarine Sunset Run 21.1km completed last night. This event was my very first half marathon 10 years ago and I was hooked. Last night I completed my 10th 🥳 10 years of running, keeping fit and healthy 🙌 Weather was perfect last night and it was so good running into lots of friends competing the 10km. Still on such a high, my heart is full 🥰 by @becs_adventures22
