Life with you ♥️ by @bee.dahl

How lucky are we 🤍 by @bee.dahl

This year has been a sentimental one. Loosing my dad at the end of December, seeing the girls grow sooo quick right in front of my eyes.

I realised we had very little tangible to look at apart from scrolling the photo gallery on my phone. If icloud crashes? NOT A SINGLE newborn photo of Adéla or Gaia.

So I made a system and a plan! Do YOU have one?
Let me share mine with you over the next few days 🙏🏻 by @bee.dahl

This made me miss Copenhagen so much and also made me so happy to have a piece of an aesthetic escape in Hornbæk 🤍 @corihotel_denmark by @bee.dahl

First week of lunchboxes for my 3-year-old as a beginner lunchbox mom 🥪🍓

GOAL: simple, colourful, nutritious

We’ve been using the @hapsnordic lunchbox and are honestly so happy with it. Paired with our @kleankanteen water bottle, she has a setup that’s plastic-free.

My biggest learning so far? Keep it simple and bite sized.

What works for us is having a few colourful, protein- and fibre-rich options ready to grab throughout the week, then mixing and matching them into a lunchbox she’ll actually eat.

A few staples I’ll make sure we always have stocked:

🍇 Grapes
🫐 Blueberries
🍑 Nectarines/Apples/Peaches/Pears
🧈 Good quality butter
🧀 Good cheese
🍓 Fruit
🍪 Homemade snacks when I have the time
🥡A few organic simple packaged fruit or salami snacks for the days when I absolutely don’t

Nothing fancy. Just good food, a bit of variety, and making weekday mornings easier.

Conclusion: I found it surprisingly easier than I thought it would be, but that's just during our current routine so let's hope I can keep it up.👍🏻

One week down — many more lunchboxes to go. 🌈 by @bee.dahl
