Fresh logo, same idiot behind the account 🍺🍺🍺 I’ve been wanting to change the logo for ages — mostly to freshen up the one I made in that weird, semi-lockdown, sourdough-and-Zoom quiz world we were living in when I started this page. So I asked AI to help. Big mistake. It spat out a series of design disasters that spelled “SNOB” like it was six DIPAs and two impys deep. Turns out AI isn’t a graphic designer… and neither am I. But after an unhealthy number of revisions, here’s the new look. Is it perfect? No. Is it better than Comic Sans over a grainy picture? Slightly. Open to feedback — unless it’s mean, in which case I’ll pretend I didn’t see it and open another can. 😎 #beerboasting #craftbeerfail #newlogo #ididmybest by @beerboasting
Stacks (10%) from @beakbrewery and @eviltwinbrewingnyc A gorgeous collab to kick off this year's #stoutweek2026 brought to you by HRH @bexdrinksbeer Thick, chocolatey and sweet. Notes of coconut, marshmallow and vanilla - this really was one of those dessert stouts. Untappd rating: 4.5/5.0 by @beerboasting
Affine (8%) from @beakbrewery Juicy and dank. Lush little number. Untappd rating: 4/5 by @beerboasting
Pages #3 (6.5%) from @verdantbrew x @beakbrewery x @trackbrewingco 3 of the big boys lining up together here and what a treat it was too. Gorgeous colour; smooth and silky; juicy and tropical with a piney aftertaste. Lush. Untappd rating: 4/5 by @beerboasting
Year 2 - 999g/L: Apricot, Mango, Guava & Pineapple (5%) from @vaultcitybrewing This is not a beer but a breakfast fruit juice. Thick and fruity. Gorgeous. Untappd rating: 4.25/5.00 by @beerboasting
TDF Caterpillar Cake (15%) from @vaultcitybrewing Perfect, post North Run Beer. Untappd rating: 4.5/5.0 by @beerboasting
Devotion (8.4%) from @trackbrewingco One from the backlog of summer beers to post. Untappd rating: 4.25/5.00 by @beerboasting
Big Fuss (8%) from @lefthandedgiantbrewing and @thefuss.club A lovely DIPA this. Gorgeous colour. Bright, peachy aroma. Oats give this a lovely, creamy mouthfeel. Sweet mango flavours with a grassy back end. Untappd rating: 4.25/5.0 by @beerboasting
Big Foot (7.1%) from @lepideckibrew I didn't come across much craft whilst away on holiday but did manage to pick up a few cans from @pubbeergardensupetar - this was hazy and citrussy and a lovely change from the all inclusive lager! Untappd rating: 3.5/5.0 by @beerboasting
Clear Head (0.5%) from @bristolbeerfactory A big thank you to Bristol Beer Factory and @duchessmediabristol for sending out these AF beers for me to try. I’m not usually one for AF beers, but after 11 nights of all-inclusive indulgence and with the Great North Run fast approaching, a bit of a detox is definitely needed — so this arrived at the perfect time! Hoppy on the nose, with plenty of citrus flavour and a nice bit of maltiness in the background. This definitely scratched the itch and, most importantly, actually felt like I’d had a proper beer! Even better, a percentage of the proceeds from Clear Head goes to @talkclubcharity - a brilliant mental health charity supporting men to get talking. Untappd rating: 3.5/5.0 by @beerboasting
Star Burster (5.8%) from @vauxbrewery Picked this up at the new @vauxsocial last week. They've really nailed the essence of those fruity sweets with this one. Big fruity, sherberty aromas followed a tropical sweetness in taste. Untappd rating: 3.75/5.0] by @beerboasting
I Got You 2026 (8%) from @deyabrewery and @finbackbrewery A gorgeous DIPA. Slid down a dream. Soft and fluffy mouthfeel; tropical in aroma and flavour with some sweeter, mango notes flying around. Untappd rating: 4.25/5.00 by @beerboasting
