this spring, my friends and i had the privilege of attending mathew tell’s woodfire workshop at his wonderful, home studio in vermont. we’d never participated in anything quite like it—first time out of the electric kiln, first time embracing the natural effects of wood, fire, and air!

we learned so much and had the best time helping the process. follow along to see the full journey—and results!!

🪴😌 feeling incredibly privileged to have been gifted registration to this year’s @nceca conference in detroit, mi!!

wowww i’ve never been surrounded by so many talented, kind, and generous ceramicists, all in one room 😲🥰. and, i know there are so so many who weren’t there!

🌇 detroit is such a beautiful and welcoming city. i feel lucky to have been able to explore and learn from so many of their local talents 🤩. can’t wait to go back!!

in this craft, i am forever excited to learn about things i never could have even conceivedddd of 🤯. feeling inspired to get back to the studio and try some new stuff 🤓⚗️!!

i see so much love in these communities, everywhere i go 🫂🌈🫖❣️ thanks to everyone who’s helped me get here this far.

#💗💛🧡💙😋🫰
