Seeing the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast, like sheep not having a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” -Matthew 9:36-38

Special thanks to Ryan, Kirk & Tony

After Ryan and I spoke about our next collab and decided to include field recordings of his children playing paired with field recordings of birds, Ryan sent me a nearly completed piece of music including synthesizer etc. I added effects to the arpeggio heard clearly in the original Every Breath and Ryan and I discussed bringing in Kirk (pads) and then Tony (piano). The first time I listened to this track with everyone’s contribution was while on a walk in the woods. I remember looking to Jesus from my heart while on that walk and giving Him thanks for all these things and praises. This recording is entrusted into His hands for His good purpose and is for His glory. The peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you and in you!

“Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” -Genesis 2:7

In whose hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?
-Job 12:10

The sounds of children playing and birds can be heard at the beginning of this piece, both so sweet. The pairing of these sounds were towards the front of the conversation around this recording. The track was originally going to be meadow themed and perhaps still is. Praying this piece stirs up something true inside you. There will be an Alternative Version of Every Breath coming out in two week (not a remix but an alt. version). Special thanks to Ryan, Bec, Mark and Kirk for their help in this project. Much to be grateful for 🌸
