2019 → 2026. Seven years later, I stepped back on the competition stage.

Coming back after seven years wasn’t easy. This prep came with a lot of suffering, injuries that kept coming back, and more than once, I questioned whether I was even ready to compete again. The confidence I once had was gone.

But my coach @rashid_life_line_93490045 saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself. He believed in me, pushed me through every setback, and brought me into a level of condition I never thought I could reach.

This comeback is more than just stepping on stage again. It’s proof that sometimes you just need the right person to believe in you when you stop believing in yourself.

And honestly, this is only the beginning.

I’m grateful for everything my coach has built in me so far. There is still so much more to achieve, and I know I’m going to reach another level under his guidance.

Seven years away. One comeback. A whole lot more to come. 🖤 by @being_john_son

No food. No pump. Just the condition. 🏆
This is what my physique looks like in an empty-stomach, no-pump condition just the result of months of discipline, sacrifice, and consistency.

But what most people don't see is what a bodybuilder goes through just 48 hours before competition.

The body is exhausted. Energy is low. Hunger comes and goes. Muscles may look flat, yet every detail matters. The mind keeps questioning the condition, checking every angle, and searching for those final improvements. Excitement, pressure, doubt, and determination all come together at once.

You've spent months preparing for a few minutes on stage. Every meal, every workout, every sacrifice has led to this moment. And now, all you can do is trust the process, trust your coach, and stay mentally strong.
Two days out, it's no longer just about building a physique. It's about controlling your mind, managing your body, and being ready when your moment comes.

No pump. No filters. No excuses. Just the condition and the work behind it.💪 by @being_john_son

If it wasn't for the struggles, you wouldn't be as strong as you are today God is always building you up, even when it feels like He's breaking you. Psalm 28:7 by @being_john_son
