A drink after work, a catch-up with a friend or just a good excuse to get out for a bit. We’re here for all of it. by @belgardkitchen

Birthday dinner plans should involve ordering something you wouldn’t make at home, getting dessert even if you’re already full, and staying for one more drink.

That’s our kind of birthday. 🎂🥂 by @belgardkitchen

We gave our Old Fashioned a little winter treatment

Canadian Club and Bearface Triple Oak with Drambuie, chai honey syrup and Angostura bitters. Warm spice, a little honey, and all the good things we like about an Old Fashioned.

A familiar favourite, dressed for the season 🥃

Pacific cod, just the way we like it.

Sunchoke velouté, smashed baby potatoes, pickled guindilla chilies and chervil. A little creamy, a little bright, with just enough heat from those pickled chilies.

One of the new dishes we’re excited to have on the table this season. 🐟 by @belgardkitchen

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year surrounded by family and the warm glow of candlelight. We chose this wonderful place because of the menu they were offering. It was our first time visiting @belgardkitchen , so we didn’t really know what to expect, but we left feeling absolutely delighted!

The atmosphere was perfect for feeling peaceful, grateful, and relaxed. The timing between each course was just right, and the kindness of the staff made the entire experience truly unforgettable.
The menu featured traditional Thanksgiving dishes like turkey and mashed potatoes, but the Brussels sprouts were a real highlight for us! We had never tried them prepared that way before, and we absolutely loved them. The dessert was perfectly on theme, featuring delicious pumpkin spice flavors, and the drinks? Wow! The horchata was delicious, and the coffee was so good, too.

We had an amazing time! Of course, we couldn’t resist taking pictures of both the food and ourselves. They have these beautiful barrels in the background that make the perfect photo spot, and the whole place feels incredibly cozy and inviting.

Thank you so much for such a lovely experience! We hope to visit you again soon! 🤎🍁

Our Best of Belgard tasting menu is $69 and curated by your server, with dishes chosen around the tastes of your table.

You just sit down, tell us what you like, and we’ll take it from there. 🍷

Winter has a way of changing what sounds good in the glass.

For us, that meant rye, plum wine, lemon, sencha and tonic, finished with a Sumac Ridge red float.

The Japantown Sour is here for the season. 🥃

Autumn on a plate. 🍎

Our new Apple Tart brings together honeycrisp apple, housemade salted caramel ice cream and toffee streusel for the kind of dessert that makes you want to skip straight to the last course.

Warm, buttery, caramel-y and very, very good.

Come get a taste of autumn at Belgard
