eventually everything connects by @bellakmoore

Gigi Rio invites KEiKO, who is Detroit-born, California-distilled, Swiss-exported and scheduled to tear up a Brooklyn dance floor yet again.

One could say expect the unexpected, but what does that even mean anymore? Imagine if the music your dad would play in his car studied abroad in the UK, then married a dub-wub, Brazilian broken beat, and birthed a complete baddie that came shaking ass out of the womb. That’s a KEiKO set for ya. Gigi Rio will match the energy with her bold range and deep musical intuition, which includes garage, bass, breaks, and electro.

Still not sure what to expect? Perfect, there’s only one way to find out.

INTRODUCING KEiKO
It’s Giving Feral Event
November 28 @rash_nyc

Born in Detroit, raised in California, and raved in
Switzerland to finally land in NYC, KEiKO pulls
influences from all her different walks of life. She
continuously creates levels throughout her sets by
not subjecting to one genre—encompassing
feelings of euphoria, passion, and confidence with no
shame, judgment, or hesitation.

Starting to spin at just 16, the sounds of dance music undoubtedly won over the mind of KEiKO.
But it wasn’t until years later that she found her sound by way of illegal raves throughout the
Swiss forests. Whether exhibiting twisted breaks, sparkling melodies, or bizarre rhythms, her sets
unveil her gracefully chaotic journey. KEiKO’s seamless blending and distortion of tracks amplify
her ever-shifting emotions in such a divine style that it gives no option but to embrace and
conquer the intensity of those fierce feelings. For KEiKO, DJing transcends the ignition of
movement on the dance floor; it becomes a powerful means for her spirit to communicate with
the world. by @bellakmoore

Feral’s first Event outside of Europe connects the Land of the Free to the Beast of the East, Finland, featuring Feral label artists alongside NY legends.

Expect a passage along the fringes of club culture. Powered by a massive U.V.A. Testing Sound System, ignited by Helsinki-based mommystechnofuckdungeon2 and dollcoded, and pulverized by Brooklyn heavy-hitters WTCHCRFT, KEiKO, and Fort Fuchsia.
