Today we celebrate the birthday of this kind, big-hearted soul! 🎉❤️, with a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive, he is a licensed massage therapist, co-developer of Neurosomatic Therapy, and president and founder of Tampa Bay Sports & Medical Massage, his generous spirit, dedication to helping others, and the joy he brings to those around him make him such a special part of our community, when he’s not sharing his incredible knowledge and healing touch with clients, you’ll find him lighting up our boutique space with his warm smile, welcoming energy, and genuine kindness, off the clock he finds joy in ballroom dancing…TRACY! You share your gift of healing with such generosity and you literally make people feel better every day! We are so grateful to be one of the locations for Tampa Bay Sports & Medical Massage and to share our space with someone who brings so much heart and positive energy to everything he does. May this next journey around the sun bring you as much love, happiness, and goodness as you so freely share with others! ❤️Happy Birthday, Tracy!🥳✨

Sometimes, we see a little of ourselves in one another.
🧘🏻‍♀️❤️🧘🏻‍♀️

Two mats facing each other, sharing movement, breath, and a few smiles along the way.

There's something beautiful about practicing this way. We may mirror each other's movements, but we each bring our own experiences, our own rhythms, and our own way of being.

And perhaps that's part of what makes connection so meaningful. We recognize something familiar in one another while making space for all that makes us different.

A little reminder of our shared humanness, and how much we can learn from each other.

Grateful for moments like these @bellapranayoga @elisa.dotyoga 🥰🫶🏻 by @bellapranayoga

Two workshops this Sunday to meet you where you are at. 🌼♥️ Honoring and celebrating the life of those who have passed in joy and gratitude. And learning skills for processing grief, and how we use our yoga practice to engage with the experience of loss.

A Día de Los Muertos inspired class with Elisa Congelio exploring light and dark as she honors her Mexican heritage. Join her at 1:30pm.

Breath, Death, and Rebirth with Maharri explores the experience of grief and death through a yogic lens, and how that reflection can lead to a more vibrant life. Join her at 2:00pm.

🔝Sign up on our workshops page at the link in our bio.

🌼 You are invited to bring a photo of a person or pet who has passed to place on our altar, which is called an Ofrenda. At the end of next week, all pictures will be placed in a wooden box at the studio for you to retrieve. We are honored by the opportunity to celebrate your loved one.

Better Together. At Root Awakening Farm, we are endlessly grateful for like-minded individuals and organizations who believe in the power of community, connection, and doing good in the world.

Bella Prana is a beautiful reminder that while our paths may look different, our missions are rooted in the same truth: we are all walking each other home. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to Sandy for hosting such a beautiful fundraising class and creating space for movement, intention, and generosity. And to Roni, thank you for your continued support, partnership, and belief in the work we are doing at Root Awakening Farm.

When we come together with shared purpose and open hearts, the impact reaches far beyond any one of us.

Rooted in community. Growing together. 🌿 by @bellapranayoga

A Sacred Inquiry of Death, Dying and Living well. We all experience grief - come learn Yogic tools for feeling, processing, and honoring this tender part of the experience of life. 📿

Breath, Death and Rebirth is THIS SUNDAY November 1st 2-5pm

✨ This workshop is designed for those seeking to view death not as an end, but as a continuous journey of the soul. Through sacred discussions, Vedic teachings, and reflective practices, we will create a safe space to explore these challenging topics and recognize the wisdom found in accepting impermanence.

In this experience you are invited to reframe your relationship with mortality, cultivating a deeper awareness that empowers you to fully embrace and enjoy life.

Celebrate Día de Los Muertos with us! 💀 A SPECIAL EVENT November 1st - Elisa Congelio ✨ will lead you as she honors her personal heritage through the theme of Día de los Muertos.

🌼 This special class experience is a 90-minute curated practice using movement and stillness to honor the celebration of Día de los Muertos, a holiday that celebrates the full cycle of life.

🌗 Explore the balance of opposing energies, softness and strength, stillness and motion, darkness and light, mirroring the duality that defines the essence of the holiday: a time to honor what has passed while celebrating what continues to live and breathe within us.

📿 The experience begins with meditation and intention setting, and gently flow into non-active, yin-style shapes that ground the body and quiet the mind. The journey continues into an empowering, heat-generating sequence designed to awaken radiance and vitality, before finishing with an extended rest surrounded by candlelight and reflection.

🌔 Each phase honors the rhythm of transformation: from stillness to energy, from release to renewal, embracing the wholeness that exists only when both sides of the spectrum are acknowledged and celebrated. We end the same way we begin, just as the natural circle of life is.
